I have been working with small businesses most of my adult life as a professional accountant in Canada. I've had clients lucky enough to approach unicorn status on two occasions. The situation in Canada is similar to what it is in India. Most businesses here are tiny. I feel incredibly annoyed by business schools and management consultants that claim the ability to reverse engineer the prerequisites for a successful business. Studying successful entrepreneurs and developing theories about why they were successful is easy. It's impossible to predict who will scale exponentially when they start.

Awesome Sir, One thing what Starups want to accept is they Have idea, but they are looking for Seed funding/ Angel Investor.. Lesson learnt is "make mistake on your own money"..

In my initial days I used to think I should get job in google zoho Microsoft and on doing my degree my dream changed from being an employee to an entrepreneur and now to an employer.... Business is a lesson which only in real world we can learn it by doing mistakes. Thought of leaving my dream many a time but still the next day I used to start with it totally forgetting every thought of leaving my dream yesterday...... Hope I will get succeed soon in near future....
