This is a very important part of any sales..
One important part of the video discusses “qualifying” your customer. This is a very important step, without it you can waste your time, the potential customers time, and it could ensure that they will never become a customer. If you are selling a product that way over the potential customers budget then you are wasting your time and there time. Or if you are trying to sell them a product that will help them with something they do not feel is important, you are wasting time. During your initial communication with the potential customer you need to find out what kind of budget is available and what is important to them. If your products are not a good fit for them but you make a good impression, they may one day be a client or they may be able to refer you to someone that the product would work better for.

Thanks a lot for the video! Even if I already use a CRM, it's always interesting to learn something new about software ;) A very simple but useful guide for any CRM. I tried Zoho, but then switched to Flowlu because it's more user-friendly and suitable for my case. Also, it's more affordable and has all modules at once, but still, even for Flowlu this guide is good. Thanks again!

Great summary, but only 56% say that having a CRM improved customer relationships? That's pretty low considering the cost of a CRM, and I would assume that respondents were biased to respond positively to the survey by the amount of money and time they put into their CRM...

How much for CRM in India?
I loved Zoho CRM, but the transition to Zoho One has been a disaster. We have had access problems to all the applications. I upgraded to premium support and then upgraded to the Zoho Creator Professional package on top of that. It's been 20+ hours over two weeks without a resolution. I just made a free trial account with a different email and have access to everything I need right away. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had with a software company - and I am pretty sure their product is great if you get to use it!
