This is the new completely redesigned saw that is 4 pounds lighter then the old aluminum and steel saw but they made several compromises to get the lower weight and they increased the blade rpm but it now has lower torque.

Great video. I find many of my older saws from the 80s and 90s cut and handle much better than those produced today.

Great review. I've been hitting your videos hard lately. I'm looking to make some tool additions and always wonder if I should look for older "better" built stuff vs new. I appreciate your mix of reviewing old and new tools (hand tools, power tools, etc..).

Just duct tape the back of the welders apron you’re using. It’ll keep that piece in place.
