Ricky is right, as a former fat person, we really need a kick in the pants, not a gentle or a kind reminder from our friends and family. For me, it was my doctor telling me, "you will experience extreme health problems if you keep up this way".
My start was back in February with a twitch streamer talking about diets during a speedrun. I started asking a few questions (he was a former cubby dude and a chemist) and he told me to get an app that counts calories and such. So did. Dowm 20kg in 2 Months.
@@ludwigthehusky keep at it brother :) I found oatmeal to be bland at first but its such a great way to stay full. I lost about 70 pounds in 5 months, i just kept at my routine and took pictures every weekend.
It doesn't have to be aggressive or abusive but a reminder of reality can get through. My moment was in a show which involved an autopsy of a very overweight guy. The expected layers of fat or deformed organs didn't have a real impact. The withered minute lungs where the mass in the torso had pushed the diaphragm up so far there was basically no room to breath scared the living hell out of me. Five stone (70lbs) lost over the following two years.
This is the type of (typically British) comedy that I really love. Irreverent, politically incorrect, straight-in-the-face. Ricky Gervais is just fantastic.
tomaszluniewski1 That would make him seem like a tool, when infact, everything ricky said in this video is ironically legit you get fat because you stuff yourself with above average amounts of food, unless youre one of those rare genetic cases type 2 diabetes and premature death follow
Gervais missed a good and quite obvious joke at the end there. When he imitated the fat person eating a banana he should have made it like the gay/cock joke. Eat it until you like it ("i fucking love it") and then you'll be thin. Would have ended the bit really well.
10 years later and Im fucking screaming have you seen the viral tiktok “if you workout because you care about how you body looks you are not healthy you are fatphobic”
It's funny how only a very small percentage of fat people are fat because of some condition they can't help, but about 90% of fat people uses it as an excuse instead of owning up to their shit. I completely agree with Ricky Gervais. I've had the same thing. I've gained a lot of weight and now I need to start eating normally again, as I should have been doing the whole time.
+Dion7 I think men are far more likely to take your attitude, its more the tumblarinas who cant admit the truth. It IS harder for women since more weight is stored as fat, and men do get the testosterone advantage, but still...the way they say its 'not the food'....
Fiona Beswick Well, I am a woman and have that attitude, and I know other women who feel the same way. Maybe women are just more whiny than men, I completely agree with Gervais. People need to grow a spine and take action, not blame it on everything but themselves.
Andy Andreev There are certain conditions that can cause weight gain without the diet being at fault, like Cushing's disease and issues with the thyroid gland to name a few.
Dion7 if you just go to a doctor and you know and he knows your condition there is proper diet ... if you eat pizza whit the condition you will get fat faster yes
I'm fat, over 20 stone, around 290 pounds for the Americans amongst you. And this is totally on the head, with the exception of the rare people with thyroid or metabolism issues we all knew what we were doing.
I think you'll find that folks with thyroid or metabolism issues are no exception. The same rules apply. Viz: if you eat nothing, you wither away and eventually die; if you eat too much, you become obese. So the ideal balance is somewhere between those extremes. And that applies to everyone on an individual basis, regardless of any alleged "issues". What folks really want is some method whereby they don't have to alter their gorging habits, but they can still maintain a reasonable weight. A sort of "magic pill". Look at all the "research" that's been done in recent years. Obesity is caused by certain bacteria; obesity is caused by a virus, etc. And it's all fuckin' bollix! Obesity is caused by eating too much. End of. MsG
Aaron Kisselbaugh You can't even type a coherent sentence, nor name a specific thyroid disorder that makes people fat regardless of what they eat, so why would we take your word for it?
Even people with thyroid and meta problems ...yes it’s harder to lose weight for some but even then it plateaus ...morbid obesity such as let’s say being 5”5 and 450 lbs is strictly from overeating
I remember talking to an older woman when I was doing an installation for her whether she thought getting fat was hereditary. She said “ Don’t be silly, nobody who could walk out of Auschwitz was overweight”. Very very poignant.
@@benwu7980 true? Cmon, that Auschwitz comment is a fallacy. The question implies typical modern standards of living where food is available in excess, not a complete depletion of food.

Nevermind that he can hold convo's with Richard Dawkins etc.
I'm a WHO trained anti-obesity counselor and how being fat has become a norm is beyond terrifying for me. Obesity and excess fat can down-grade one's quality of life to the point where just being alive becomes an effort. For example, it directly affects the basics: the breathing, the walking and going to the toilet. And that's the starters on obesity pack. So people, please understand that just breathing is not living. Strive for a disease-free and thriving life. May God bless us all.

Ive used the term heavy set all my life and it does describe an obese person. I had a great friend that weighed 625 when she passed away at 64. The dr said it was a miracle she lived that long. Great friend and cook.
As someone who's been underweight my whole life, I really appreciate this. Cause when I work hard enough for years to gain enough weight to be considered normal weight and healthy enough to bare children, guess what, noone's waiting on the other side of that victory to congratulate me.
I would say gaining weight is harder than loosing it. Its not like you can gain more calories than there are in the food but only less. Good job on reaching your goal. I still have a long way to go
@@l.h.9747 Consuming glucose constantly throughout the day would probably make it easier to gain weight than simply eating more calories. Glucose would make it much more difficult to lose the weight you are gaining if you make sure you have it throughout the day
@@l.h.9747 I would say it depends on the person. For me it was hard to lose 26 kilos in 2017(4 months). Gaining 48 kilos in 2018-19(16 months) was very easy. All I did was eat.
@@alghoul5317 i mean that its not like you can gain more then there is in the food you eat. If you eat something that has 200cal you cant gain 250cal. But if you have problems with digestion where your stomach isnt very effectice and you cant eat more because you feel sick when you eat over the limit then its a different story. With loosing weight you just dont have to eat that much. It isnt required that you do more of something or work but simply dont stuff yourself full.
I used to be in great shape in my 20s and early 30s, thin but toned, 8-pack abs, under 10% body fat. Now I’m overweight and slightly flabby, with over 25% body fat. Who do I blame? Myself and no one else. How did I get this way? Eating and drinking the wrong things and not exercising enough. It’s not rocket science!
Andrew Guerra Thanks my man! Been working out 4 times a week and counting calories and nutrients via app for the past 3 months. Trying to get back on track!
I went into KFC when they had the sliders. There were two people in there with the family sized buckets and a half gallon of Pepsi each. I'm guessing they just have a 'thyroid issue'.
Lets get it clear, extreme morbid obesity is a problem, not people who are a few stone overweight. They are usually considered plus size and not "celebrated"... more like not shamed for not being this size thats deemed sexy and how you "should look".
Well I’d be one of those slightly overweight people and let me tell you , we usually need a kick in the pants to be motivated to lose weight. It’s great that I’m not shamed or anything like that but I’d hate it to be applauded for my body cus I’m working on making it better and when my body gets healthier and I’ve put in tons of hard work , THATS what I want to be applauded for
Not too long ago, I actually saw a picture from an ancient temple where the doorway to the dining hall was like 30cm(1ft? Ish?) wide, so if a monk got too fat, he'd actually not fit through the door. Also, if that happened, it'd be his own fault, because having to pull in the belly to squeeze through the door of the only place you get food is a pretty clear warning bell.
Lost 10kg in about 6 weeks. Did 10 minutes of sit ups and bum exercises then go for a 5 km walk 5 days a week. Cut the coke and chocolate eclairs in the afternoon. 86kg to 76kg
Not really true... For example, if someone is considered attractive while vulnerable (eg when young), gaining weight could be a subconscious/conscious self-defense mechanism against unwanted predatory attention.
I love the idea of keeping the sweets beyond a narrower door. I have long advocated the same thing for airplanes. We have all seen baggage sizers at every airport gate, which determine whether your bag will fit in the overhead bin. There should also be people sizers, to see if you can fit in a standard airplane seat. Picture two poles placed 17" apart. If you cannot walk through without touching the sides, then you need to buy a second seat, or a first class seat.
Or the Airlines need to buy better Airplanes with wide Seats for everyone...........but i know you fear for the investors could make less profit.........thats fat gain too
Really? How long do you think it would take for some thin people to go in and buy cake for those who can't fit? Or simply get it home delivered, in bulk? Better still, why not have things set up so you don't need to get out of your car at all? You can have thousands of kJ pushed through your window. Why stop there? Why not get your government to subsidise vast amounts of corn production that gets turned into syrup and put into all sorts of foods, so your population starts inflating at ever increasing rates and industries (ironically) lie their arses off about why that might be happening? Pretty soon there can be entire industries devoted to trying to lose weight. Let alone big pharma and health insurance. Just think of the possibilities! Err, hang on a minute....
@@jurgschupbach3059You know ehat the airlines will say -- itll cost too much for them to replace the seats, then they won't make as much money because they'll sell fewer tickets. So the end result will be much higher prices for plane tickets. What I want is more leg room. I'm 6'4" and have long legs, so I can't fly coach. As a result, I have to pay extra for exit row or business class. But if I and all the tall people bring this up to the airlines, what will they say? Same thing.
So you're saying rather than one person make a change, airplanes should change their system that's worked for 40 years so tubbo can sit without bringing the plane down

"Nearly drove me crazy" may not have been the best choice of words.. That being said having to routinely log and keep track of every calorie I was eating was annoying as fuck.. Kinda like your comment..
I'm tired of people saying obesity is the cause of poverty. It's actually not that expensive to live a healthy life on a budget. If I ate out all day at fast foods, I would spend way more money than I would cooking at home. It's a bullshit excuse for people to keep eating junk. I am overweight and I know how I got there. I'm trying to lose weight now and am successful thus far. I live on a tight budget as well. The key is educating people on healthy foods and recipes. I spent a long time educating myself about weight loss and healthy living. Now it's common sense to me, but it took an active effort to learn about it. Also it doesn't help when you have bullshit diet pills on infomercials claiming you don't need to change anything and just take the pill. Laziness and self pity will always prevail among fat individuals unless they don't take responsibility upon themselves.
I am moderately fit, and I like fast food, but as a treat. Not even because it's unhealthy and fattening (it is), but it's just so goddamn expensive. Sure, not as expensive as restaurants. Still, much more expensive than what I can do at home.
It doesn't cost anything to NOT buy soft drinks. To NOT buy potato chips. To NOT have mashed potatoes with every god damn meal. To NOT snack every night before bed. To NOT have ice cream 4 times a week. To NOT eat that entire giant plate of food at the restaurant, and instead, save the other half for lunch tomorrow. To NOT sit in a chair all day long. To NOT have 2 slices of bread or bagel or muffin with every meal. To NOT eat yourself stuffed every time you sit down. It's no different than quitting cigarettes. "I'm trying to quit smoking, honest, I've tried everything and nothing works." Oh, really? Have you tried NOT buying them? I feel like you haven't tried that yet.
I think its okay to give praise to people who have lost a lot of weight. Mostly because it takes a lot of willpower. Food is an addiction for a lot of people so I'd give praise to that person in the same way I would applaud someone for quitting cigarettes or gambling. Changing your diet is difficult. And sometimes slow metabolisms run in the family so its a big struggle for a lot of people. Some people were fat since childhood and are just now taking the reigns and fighting against what they've always been conditioned for. So I don't mind giving credit where credit is due. It takes a lot to truly change.
I've actually always had a fast metabolism and have remained relatively thin throughout my life. I can't relate on a personal level, but there's a little something called 'empathy' that allows me to understand.
Iranian Bob you didn’t understand at all what they said. “Congratulated for eating a lot”? She equated overeating to an addiction and mentioned how some people can overcome their addiction. She’s applauding overcoming struggles with addiction.
@@BREAKENSTEIN Thanks, but this guy is not at all worth trying to explain to. Cut this sad little man some slack. Ignorant UA-cam comments are all he has in life.
I'm all for having a laugh, and I LOVE Gervais... I'm a psychologist and overeating is sometimes self-hatred and a coping mechanism, stemming from depression... like heroin abuse or alcohol abuse, the "abuse" part is self-abuse. Yes, people can tell themselves to stop eating, but if it makes someone feel better as much as a drug would do, then it's not so easy. If cutting oneself added 5 pounds to a waistline, there would be a lot of obese 'cutters' out there. Food/sugar is the "accepted" heroin, it kills in the long run too. It's not always just a case of 'greedy fat people'. Many thin people indulge in self harming unhealthy lifestyles, just saying.
Still Jill like you said ‘sometimes’ the majority is the plain and simple fact of over eating and under exercise, bad food choices, lack of education of food groups, society, family influence etc, but yes, ‘sometimes’ it can be related as coping mechanism as can under eating.
Izzy Meadows yeah that sometimes probably doesn't need scare quotes does it. I'm not sure family influence is plain and simple. It's quite difficult to deal with.
@8:36 - I knew a guy who actually said that once. At a work Christmas party a rather portly colleague, who I only ever saw stuffing his face with Pizza Hut and KFC, complained that the food in a Greek restaurant "wasn't normal food" and went home early. The dish in question was roast lamb with steamed vegetables. It couldn't be more normal. Unbelievable.
Whats funny is this same exact logic can be used with cigarettes and lung cancer and abusive drinking and liver disease. Literally just change the wording to fit the topics and it's perfect.
***** I agree with the physical addiction, but I disagree that they are much harder to quit. A lot of people eat in excess because of an emotional issue, to me they're one in the same. But I've never been addicted to drinking or smoking, I have lost about 50 pounds in the last 2 years though and it is the hardest thing I've ever done with my life, trust me it was a lot more than "just not eat a bunch of junk food". To me the logic seems the same, glad I'll never have to find out if I'm right or wrong.
I agreed with your physical addiction argument, but it sounds to me like you're describing a meth or crack addict and maybe a very small percentage of heavy drinkers. I don't disagree with the points you're making but I think you're describing a different target than I was.
I agree to a 'degree' however unlike smoking and drinking, the effects of obesity are more visually prominent! Even the NHS said that obesity is the new smoking!! 1 in 5 school kids today in the UK have obesity! These are higher stats than any other child related condition!! It's just as bad with adults too! It's all down to 3 simple words....choices, behaviours and responsibilities! :(
Eating is a physical addiction as well and can have withdrawal effects just like any other addictive substance. You do get release of dopamine and serotonin with food and just about anything that makes you 'feel good' including drugs, sex, food, and for varying groups many other activities like stealing, killing, adrenaline junkies etc... They are all motivated by the effect of release of the 'positive' neuro-chemicals and their effects on the brain.
Food is a means of coping with stress like many other drugs. The difference is that food is available and you need it for survival. In fact, its necessity for survival has made it so that its consumption gives emotional comfort to the person. Assuming that there are no other biological issues such as hormonal imbalances, the way to deal with food cravings is to find a healthy way to relieve stress. It turns out that vigorous exercise not only burns calories, but also releases chemicals that naturally provide that stress relief. In fact the chemicals are very similar to what is being sold illegally as illicit drugs. That is why some people get addicted to exercise. The difference is that these chemicals are healthy for the body and are released in appropriate amounts. Don’t start by dieting first. Develop a habit of vigorous exercise, then it will be easier to reduce your food intake. Also stretch. Your unconscious mind can’t distinguish between cause and effect. When you are not stressed your muscles loosen up and are relaxed. If you stretch, your relaxed muscles destress your mind. Live well.
@@ukmedicfrcs This is a completely useless comment unless you back up your statement with arguments. Otherwise don't waste space here with your laziness.
Years ago on a inter island flight in the Caribbean the pilot made people do just that. He came in the cabin before take of & told certain people to change seats, I will never forget it lol.
This is so god damned true. If you ask any overweight person why they are fat, their own choice in calorie intake is typically the last excuse that is given. Obesity is not a body type. Look at any other living creature on this planet, including apes who share 99% of their DNA with us, not a single one is fat. Why? Because the natural cycle is you hunt (exercise) and then you replenish the calories lost with the meal (prize). Since in today's society we don't hunt anymore, thats what sports and gyms are for. You can't cheat the cycle, you have to spend calories if you want to consume them. Only consuming calories will slow your metabolism to a halt, thus making burning calories a much more difficult process. Yes, some bodies store more fat in certain places and some are more proned to not, but flat out fatness is NOT due to genetics and body types, bullshit. There is literally no other reason for obesity other than lack of discipline, overindulgence and lack of motivation. A huge part of this is fat parents instill their shitty eating habits into their children, when they don't know any better, and thus they grow up with almost-impossible habits to break when it comes to eating. It's almost cruel to the children to be doing this.
While you and Ricky are completely correct in that there is no mystery in the direct cause of obesity... I would like to point out, that eg. I got overweight in 1 year as a kid, due to medication changing my appetite drastically. The doctor made no real point of that side effect or that I was actually eating disproportionately, even if I was being given growth hormone to... well... grow... It and I know this is a weird thing to say, literally snuck up on both me and my family over that 1 year. I was unrecognizable on photos 1 year apart.I was through all sorts of diets and what not later, but by then my mental health was pretty screwed from school bullying and possibly still getting other hormones til 18 plus... so it didn't really help. Later, when I had the mental "surplus" to do something about it... I lost 32 kg's in a year (later still gained all of it back, tho atleast more of it is muscle)... By exercising for hours allmost every day and severely limiting my food intake (water plus oatmeal?)... I performed more work exercising than old school dock workers to get there... Still... I find Ricky hilarious here :D
I had a conversation with a girl once who was complaining that men were only paying attention to her now that she lost weight. Not in rude way, I asked her what she expected. If you lose weight, you make yourself more attractive, it's just the natural order of things. And just because people find you more attractive, doesn't mean that your personality isn't important to them. People cannot control what they are attracted to. If you make yourself more attractive, more people are going to be attracted. I'm chubby right now myself, I know for a fact that if I hit the gym for a few months, I'll get a lot more attention from women. The difference is that I don't complain about it. I'm out of shape but I'm fine with it at the moment, I'll get back into the gym soon but I'm not going to hate women for not being as attracted to me. For some people it's easier, for people it's harder. But some people are dumb and some people are smart, we can just go on and on down the list crying about what everyone else has or just accept your hand you were dealt and make the best of it.
I get what you're saying, but for many women the low self-esteem can remain long after the excess weight has gone, so for a while it can be hard to trust the new attention you're getting. If you've spent years being sniggered at, teased or just straight-up looked at with disgust, you get to a point where it's just your 'normal,' that you have to learn to get through as part of your day. When you've finally lost all that weight you might LOOK different, but you still FEEL like the same person inside that you always were, so when a stranger compliments you you're not used to it. Your self-protecting instincts kick in and you think "Is he being sarcastic? Is he just pretending to find me attractive, because it would be funny to make me look like an idiot for believing him?"
@@MaerahnThat’s no different for men. In fact, it’s worse because men have about ten times less prospects than a woman does. But that’s beside the point. The point is to steer people away from the irrationality of the thoughts of low self esteem, male or female. Whenever I find myself resenting half the population of world, I take it as a signal that my train of thought is faulty
I don't know how anyone can not love Ricky, I adore him. I mean we all have different senses of humor I get that, but to not like him because they think he's offensive. He's a comedian! He's not a bad guy, he's making jokes, he doesn't think rape is funny or you should hate on gays or anything he's just making jokes. I don't get why people physically slag him off, some people just cannot take a joke
As a fat person, I find this very funny. And I don't feel like Ricky is insulting me, its all true. I chose to become fat, when I chose not to work out.
When you chose to eat more than you should* Just working out to lose weight is an extremely bad idea. Change your diet, then start working out to not only accelerate the process, but to improve your health as well.
What's funny is that I'll occasionally see women looking up diets, exercise plans, weight loss tips, etc. at the office and then the next day they're bringing in cake, donuts, cookies, etc. to share with the other workers.
By his 'I'm NOT having a go' plea (hem hem!), Ricky is doing exactly what the medieval court jesters used to do: he's playing with fire, brilliantly. Court jesters were the only people in the land who could rip the piss out of the monarch - in their presence - and not be (literally) tortured to death. I still think it takes a lot of guts, Ricky. Um, that was a joke, by the way. A lot of guts. A barrel thereof. Barrel of guts. Tub of lard. Fat. I thought I'd better point that out because UA-cam Comment sections are always a difficult gig. OK, I'll stop digging and get my coat. My name's Ben Elton. Good night.
People don't like to admit that over-eating/being overweight is just as bad as under-eating/being underweight. I don't understand how someone can't walk up a few stairs without being exhausted, and still think they're healthy. Also, yes, some conditions make losing weight harder, but losing weight is never impossible. Both my mother and I have hypothyroidism, we have slower metabolism and we often feel tired/lethargic. We're both thin, though. I have an 19.1 BMI. I exercise occasionally, I don't do anything extreme. What helps me is, I eat small amounts frequently throughout the day, rather than large amounts just a few times. I rarely feel hungry. If it's really THAT hard to eat less, at least get necessary vitamins and nutrients from fruits/vegetables instead of filling up on sweets...
"fucking idiot"? Where did that come from? They just said they prefer water over other drinks. That doesn't make them an idiot. That's like calling you an idiot for not understanding how people can under-eat. As for your previous comment. Like I said, I have Hypothyroidism. I have a slower metabolism, and I often feel fatigued. I've learned to deal with it so I can avoid becoming overweight, or getting diabetes or sleep apnea, or any of the numerous health complications linked to obesity without needing to starve myself. Yeah, sometimes it's hard to lose weight/keep weight off, but it's not impossible. You don't need to have "healthy genetics" or anorexia/bulimia to reach/maintain a healthy weight.
+安东魏 the fact is son, everyone without certain unchangeable conditions should be able to control themselves from over-eating or under-eating. It's like everyone should be able to choose to not swear or not play video game. There is, my dear, no difference among these scenarios. You can choose not to over-eat just like you can choose not to offend others with the phrase "fuking idiot". Clearly, you chose to be a rude person the same as you chose to be a fat one.
while depriving yourself of nutrients may be bad in the sense of not getting enough vitamins and minerals or proteins/fats based on the fact that you're introducing less free radicals into your system through consuming less calories you're actually more likely to live longer if you're underweight, as long as you get the adequate vitamins minerals etc. obviously that wouldn't be the same for people who have like bulimia since they are actively harming their bodies through the actions they choose.

End of.

Bonsai How Is it going?
Or you could continue to eat fast food, and just eat less of it.
This is the quintessential response.
You can just hear them coming now. I lost it at that point. 😂

As someone who is fat, and is trying to lose weight (and succeeding, gone from 124 kilos to 116). I agree with a lot of what Ricky says.

Live well.

100% true
very well said
but what if and I'm just saying here what if your a fat fuck and you don't give a shit
LulzRoyce correct
Ah, yes. Back when comedians were allowed to be comedians.
Ricky, watched all episodes of After life on Netflix. It's brilliant. Enjoyed it alot.
Yes, that is brilliant!
As a fat person, I find this very funny.
And I don't feel like Ricky is insulting me, its all true.
I chose to become fat, when I chose not to work out.
When you chose to eat more than you should*
Just working out to lose weight is an extremely bad idea. Change your diet, then start working out to not only accelerate the process, but to improve your health as well.
It’s much harder to burn more calories than simply not eating as many.
he's not completely right tho
Hilarious ! He is my favourite comedian by far & an animal rights activist to boot - 💙
“Men get fat and we go “fuck it all bought and paid for”
God 😂 😂 😂
They're having the cake 🍰
*Can't get out again*
That ending line, lmfao xD
What's funny is that I'll occasionally see women looking up diets, exercise plans, weight loss tips, etc. at the office and then the next day they're bringing in cake, donuts, cookies, etc. to share with the other workers.
It's stand up like this which results in me wishing that comedy specials were almost unending.
Alas, all good things must come to an end.
Freaking hilarious!! I would love to see him live..hahaha!! So true what he says…lol!!
Stuff like this genuinely gives me the motivation I need to get fit and stay healthy
Wonderful, sensible, healthy talk... I hope more media streams can be this brave.
He is having a go.
That'sthejoke.jpg

Fuck off.
"Otherwise we're just going to canada... u know what i mean..."
Damn cracked me up!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Good night.
My phone is 100% listening to me, was watching this on tv last night, and youtube, out of the blue, decides to recommend me this 😅
People don't like to admit that over-eating/being overweight is just as bad as under-eating/being underweight.
+Ghosty144 I am hungry while working so I drink water. Its cheap, effective and it gives me nice skin. I don't understand how anyone can over eat
***** eat to live. I don't love food I enjoy it but im not thinking about it for most of my hours
Clearly, you chose to be a rude person the same as you chose to be a fat one.
while depriving yourself of nutrients may be bad in the sense of not getting enough vitamins and minerals or proteins/fats based on the fact that you're introducing less free radicals into your system through consuming less calories you're actually more likely to live longer if you're underweight, as long as you get the adequate vitamins minerals etc. obviously that wouldn't be the same for people who have like bulimia since they are actively harming their bodies through the actions they choose.
he's absolutely right, and political correctness make people even more stupid than what they are. He's really really funny. !
Any jokes about the British f*cking up the world from Afghanistan, down around to China, with a tea break in India..?
@3:57 "You can just hear them coming now"
Ricky........Absolute Legend.
