Hey guys and welcome to todays video where we are talking a new azealic acid discovery which has taken my skincare routine to the next level and I cant wait to share with you.. As always this video is not sponsored so let me know your thoughts in the comments below.. love you xx
Sorry, don’t mean to be rude, but do you mind if I ask how old you are? It’s a good quick test as to how effective your skincare routine is as I have a figure in my head and I’m curious if you beat it! Thx
you actually can get this in the US! i've ordered several times from this company. For reference i live in california! Thanks for you videos! also, love your new serum!
Theramid is amazing! I picked up their mini set as I hadn't tried any of the other serums except for the Azelaic Acid. The Retinal Serum is amazing too!
❤❤❤ Cheers to all our MAS family & the 'bitter end' squad, which is probably most of us because Rob is awesome! Sending everyone much love from Canada 🇨🇦
Can't wait for your azelaic acid/tranexamic acid combo. Will you do a video soon on pairing and layering the different serums, acids, peptides, etc.soon?
Hi! I would also love to see a video incorporating this with other actives in AM/PM routines. Especially Vitamin C, copper peptides, and retinal. Thanks!! 💕🇨🇱💕
❤ 😊 I been using this Azid 15% azelaic acid for a couple months now on a bad area on my chin and its absolutely brilliant ! Im almost finished this bottle now so ill defo repurchase.. its soooo calming on the irritation i get and i really feel it reduces the amount and frequency i experience other breakouts. I also tend to use the ordinarys suspension too as a kinda top up during the day hahaah but theyre just so good ill never be without azelaic acid in some form. Theramid and Transparent Lab (Niche Beauty Lab) in general have some pretty great products im using their Glycerin serum and their Urea products on n off too as im predominantly dry skinned. Because of that i havent really been using the Azid on my whole face just my chin area but the difference is unreal highly recommend. Great vid as always Rob.. still counting the days here 😂 love ya ❤
I'm currently coming to the end of my q + a azelaic acid which I bought having watched your video on it. How would you say the q + a compares to the Theramid (which I'd been ogling too)? I really believe in azelaic acid as an ingredient but have struggled with grainy textures and pilling at the beginning of my exploration, so a smooth texture is a must for me. Thanks so much for your content, I really appreciate your reviews!
❤❤❤ Always! I didn’t know had rosacea until I went to a dermatologist. I always prefer the gentle approach and love the MAS for morning and the Q&A for evening. I think this product would be a little strong for my skin but a great review as always xx
Azelaic acid is holy grail status for me as someone with adult acne. I use 10% twice a day with zero irritation. I’ll have to give this one a go! Looks like it’s available in the US through Niche beauty lab
❤ I just started using azelaic acid again so great timing 😁 When I experimented with it a couple of years ago, I didn't struggle with redness or acne. Now that I've healed from a horrible acne breakout, I have PIE and I returned to The Ordinary's 10% azelaic acid, which is what I tried before. I'll now get to see its actual benefits! But if it doesn't work for me I might try this Theramid azelaic, because I really do think that azelaic acid is what I need 🙂
Awww thank you so so much hun, scary its just 8 days lol I have a fair bit to do still but super excited now as cant wait for everything to be back in stock again.. love you x
I use azealic acid because of my rocacea and it has been a gamechanger for my skin. My main issue with most other azealic acids I have tried is the texture as well as not combining well with other products I like to use. The texture of this one feels so nice, it doesn’t pill and because of other ingredients it decreases the risk of irritation.
i've been using azid for 2,5 months now and absolutely adore it ❤️ this and my bha (used on different days) had done wonders to my skin, my skin was at the absolute worst for years this spring and cleared so much since then 🥰 this helps redness and inflammation so much and also prevents and heals my pie faster, i see such a big difference in the am after using this, it brightens my skin very much and i was also very surprised, when i already saw the first results after the first weeks of using. previously i've been using the inkey list one which wasn't doing much for me. also, niche beauty lab occasionally has great sales and they also sell xl bottles of most products in this periods, so you can actually also save a lot then, last time 50 ml azid costed 42 € :)
Ive tried OTC azelaic acid, metrogel, script AzA, mandelic acid, lactic acid, differin, and sulfur ointment. ALL of these have made my chronic dry eyes worse sometimes triggering a migraine. Mind you, I didnt apply ANYWHERE near my eyes. I do not understand this phenomenon at all. Its so strange. I know I'm not alone. Wash off products like benzoyl peroxide and zinc pyrithione don't affect me at all. 😂
i have a compound prescription cream from curology (tretinoin, azelaic acid, and clindamycin) and i use it as an acne spot treatment - i’m pretty sure it’s the azelaic acid that INSTANTLY reduces redness, while the clindamycin helps with reducing inflammation. And i feel amazing knowing it’ll help prevent dark spots as a tyrosinase inhibitor
Interesting thanks for the video. Can also purchase this through Amazon alough not next day prime but good if you are only ordering this product. Love the video's. Keep them coming Rob👌
Not sure where you heard Azelaic Acid was banned in Canada, but I live in the smallest province in Canada and I can even get it here. I have bought both The Ordinary and Paula’s Choice at Sephora. There are at least 4 or 5 other brands there that have an Azelaic Acid in them. I am using the Geek & Gorgeous aPad in the morning (bought from the UK shop and got nailed with a huge DHL surcharge), and Paula’s Choice at night. Already had the PC going when the aPad came in and didn’t want to wait 😂
Hi have you tried the niche beauty transparent spf? The sunscreen is nice but the pumps are atrocious! Also I am looking to try some more theramid products so will add this on list 👀
Love you too and I use this just before my moisturiser as I think it sinks in the best that way.. I would be happy to share my weekly treatments video no problem at all.. love x
You actually replied!! I know a routine video am / PM or if you do different routine/ treatment/ staples would be great. Everyone on all the youtube beauty channels ask in all videos!! Love from Oklahoma, 🇺🇸 USA!!
❤Interesting video Rob. Ive never used Azalaic Acid before...for some reason I thought it was just for people with oily skin. Thats me educated! I have a few dark spots on my cheek ( the one facing the window when Im driving) much to my disgust as Im religious with sunscreen. Would this stuff shift them do you think? Hope you have a great day and a lovely weekend ahead. Love xx
Hi hun, how are you? Yeah I think it would help but with azelaic you have to be patient and I would say use 2 times a day for 8 weeks to really see the results but this serum will help for sure.. sending you so much love x
The Facetheory Lumizela 15 absolutely saved my skin! I suffered from adult acne for soooo long, but Lumizela has completely cleared my skin. ❤ I have to keep using it though, because whenever I try other azelaic acids (Q+A, G&G, etc.) I start breaking out again. 🙄 So I'm kind of afraid to ever stop using Lumizela...
I love it too hun, its what really got me into azealic in the first place.. the blenicalm serum is the new name for the lumizela serum with the same formulation. love x
I've been thinking of trying this and I will buy it to use in the morning. Do you think it goes well like this?: Toner, G&G C-Glow, G&G Power Peptide (by the way the Theramide Multipeptide serum seems exactly the same thing except for the price which is double), Theramid Azid, Moisturizer and Sunscreen. I'd really appreciate your input in these choices. Thank you for your amazing reviews and knowledge!❤
I didn't use Azealic acid for years as I thought they were all inherently gritty, it was only following your recommendations that I found one I love and use twice a day ☺️❤️
❤ I love Azelaic acid. It's been a game changer for my rosacea. Currently, finishing my last bottle of MAS Super serum. Can't wait for the new bottle(s) with the same great product in it😊. Also, looking forward to your new combo product with AzA. Recently, I've started using tranexamic acid and Wow, the redness was even more reduced!
Oh it makes me so happy to know the MAS serum is working so well for you hun and I cant believe the rebrand is finally almost here lol.. been a long time coming. Love xx
I think in Canada the azelaic acid rules have been relaxed a little; you can find the ordinary azelaic acid (10%) on the shelf at Sephora now. That one does nothing for me, so I'm definitely gonna see if I can get the theramid shipped to Canada. thanks so much!!
❤. Hi Rob, started with The Ordinary. About 4 years ago at the beginneng of the pandemic. It was hard to get. I still use it at my last step. I even had the Revox. Reason being, I bekieve you recommended Facetheory which is nowadays easier to get than back then. Awful English. The I implemented the aPad of Geek and Gorgeous and use that during daytime routine. I cannot report on a single products result as I am always trying to improve. I recently saw a picture of me 6 years ago. I look much younger now. I showed it to a colleague and she immediately was convinced. Only I am turning 62 in September and she is 30 years younger. But she started with the eyepatches now. ❤
Rob, unless the law has recently changed, Azelaic acid serums are available in Canada. I purchased the inky list 10% one sometime last year. Yep, I just checked the Sephora Canada website, it's still sold in Canada.
Hey Rob, sorry it's a little off topic, but since we're talking about acne and I know you've hopped onto the tretinoin train, have you found that tretinoin helps your acne better than differin or any other retinoids you've been using? My face is mostly clear but there are a few particularly acne prone areas that flare up when I'm not careful with my diet and I'm a little sick of it. Been thinking about suffering through the tretinoin experience to see if it helps!
Yeah some countries its easy to, here in the Uk getting a prescription is not that easy lol so the strong over the counter options are preferred.. love x
Haha I always like to throw in a little something at the end lol.. I did think of you hun when I tried this one as I know you have been looking for a retinal for the body.. its a good strength too.. love x
Hi Rob! Do you have any thoughts on the Peach Slices azelaic acid 10% serum. I'm in the US and it has the best texture I have encountered so far.... Thank you!
Hi hun, its not that easy to get here in the UK and as we can get 15% most brits wouldn't opt for it but the formulation looks great and it certainly has its fans so I think its a good option for the US market for sure.. love x
@@MadAboutSkin Thank you for replying Rob! It's amazing how regulations differ across countries and continents. I really wish the US had the good sunscreen filters... You guys in the UK seem to be exceptionally lucky.
Bought q+a azelaic acid balancing serum yesterday and looking forward to see what results it can give, feels really good in the skin. 8% azelaic acid might be enough for my slightly sensitive skin. Tried The ordinarys 10% before but not a fan of their formulation. Maybe next serum to try will be the one in this video, to up the percentage :) Great video as always ❤️
I like Azelaic! Check Froika az 20 as a product :) it's very nice. It's in greece... so in case you ever visit? But with niacinamide and licquirice can't go wrong! and very nice creamy texture, (cause peoploe tend to complain about az texture)
❤....Hey Rob, we can get azelaic acid in Canada in a 10% concentration but our options are super limited. The ordinary and the inkey list sell azelaic acid here. There might be a few higher priced options as well but they are not in my budget. Have a great day and I'm looking forward to your azelaic acid product when it launches 😊
Haha I think out was you who recommended the brand to me a few months ago which peaked my interest and honestly all their products are amazing.. love x
Oh wow I didnt think it would be but thats great.. I think its a wonderfully smooth azelaic acid with some great added ingredients so I hope it works really well for you.. love x
I use their copper peptide serum and its A-mazing! Got a good deal on the larger size during their recent sale Im currently using the Nineless azaleic acid serum currently but would love to try niche's a-serum
Niche beauty lab has been a bit hit and miss for me or more like hit and meh 😄 love the TL cleansing oil but the theramid lino 8 broke me out (tried it because MAS antioxidant cream ran out). Then I bought the urea body lotion and it's good but it's hard to rub in. Maybe I should have just waited for you to try everything 😂 The azelaic acid serum looks amazing! 😊 Happy Friday!
Haha thanks for sharing your experiences and I would say I thin the Lino 8 is one im not that keen to try as I have heard the same.. I loved the vitamin c, loved the azealic and I think the peptide is lovely too.. sending you so so much love x
❤ I have rosacea so I love azealic acid. And most of the ones on the market stink. I am sad I can’t buy this since I am in US. I guess I am stuck with the ordinary one only at night so the piling isn’t an issue. It would be so nice to have my barrier step and my AA in one product. I love a great multitasker. I am craving simplicity in my routine lately. So when the fatigue hits and I just want to sleep I am not tempted to skip my skincare.
Hi hun, I have been told by a few commenters that this is now available in the US so I think you might be able to get it as like you say most of the textures are terrible lol.. love x
Yay I am so so glad its working for you hun.. Hope you have the most fabulous weekend (we are supposed to have a mini heatwave here so will have to see if we get up to Cyprus temps lol ) xx
I’m in the US and I was able to get it no problem! And it came in a week! I’m so thankful to all these brands who are willing to ship to us ❤ I’m legitimately writing a letter to my senators to get the FDA ON IT with approving these filters/ingredients because this American has HAD IT! 😂
Thats amazing and I am so glad you could get it shipped to you.. The FDA are a joke at this point, they allow so many chemicals which have been banned in other countries but dont allow others which are proven safe and effective like sunscreen filters, its such a shame for the US consumers so I am so glad companies can ship to you guys... Love x
When it comes to prescription azelaic acid the 15% gel is actually stronger than the 20% lotion because the formulation allows more of the active ingredient to penetrate the skin. I have been on 15% azelaic acid prescription for over a year now. Its great.
The new kid on the block is Thiamidol it works the same way as hydroquinone cream and it’s safer than hydroquinone and can see results as fast as in 2 weeks. I’ve bought Eucerin Anti-pigmentation serum which contains it, off Amazon, can get it from Boots as well too. Just started using it yesterday.
I’ve been looking into this product too. The only thing that stops me from buying it is the fragrance. Let us know how you go in the long run and if it helps with melasma.
I think this has a nicer texture and a better blend of ingredients but I have used the dermatica one before and did enjoy it, I am not a huge fan of the pump on it that would be my only criticism xx
I’m in the US and I’ve been getting a 15% azelaic acid with 4% niacinamide prescription through Apostrophe. It’s not grain-y at all. The serum could use a bit more slip but by applying it over my toner I’m able to get 1 pump to cover my face.
Very late to this particular party but of course i was watching to the ❤❤❤ Ill try the body lotion for sure. I have no issues with outbreak or uneven skin tone, its wrinkles im having a war with...would i still benefit from azelaic acid?? Xxx
hi hun, it wouldn't harm to include but if you dont have any of the major skin concerns it tackles there wouldn't be a huge point.. hope this helps and hope you love the body lotion if you try it.. love x
Noooo! 🙈 I can't buy the bodylotion from the site, well yes if I would like to pay 3 times the price 😜 There is only free shipping over £100, and I must pay further taxes and customs upon delivery 🙈.. I'll be slowly backing away from the checkout 😂😂🙈🙈🙈 Xo 🤗
@@jesskoch5188 omg 😲 thank you so much for sharing 💖 keeping anyone else from being 'tax scammed' 💖💖💖 Which country did you order to, if you don't mind me asking 💖🙈 Xo 🤗
Oh I had no idea about the additional customs.. Here in the UK our customs dont really check anything and nothing gets charged which is great for us but I forget that this is not the same in some counties.. Hope all is wonderful with you x
I live in London and was super surprised that they charged taxes. I’ve ordered stuff from US and other countries abroad before and never got taxed on it :( maybe it’s hit and miss and they pick some orders randomly 🤔
I’m in Canada and while I use a prescription azelaic acid 15% cream the Paula’s choice azelaic acid acid booster 10% is available on Sephora Canada so I dunno about it being band over the counter but I’m pretty sure the 15% Is only available in prescription here in Canada but I love it it’s done wonders for my acne rosacea prone skin
Oh thats amazing I didnt know that.. I havent tried that one no but on my skin 20% Is a little too much for some reason where as 15% I seem to be ok with.. love you x
🩷🩷🩷 Currently using A-pad serum from G&G but it’s been only a couple weeks for me. I was prescribed 15% strength Azelaic Acid gel by my dermatologist but the formula is so chalky and left white streaks on my skin after applying it so that one was a no for me.
@@MadAboutSkin I like it so far, too. You have talked about it so many times and I finally decided to give it a try. It absorbs quickly and layers well under my other serums and sunscreen! 🩷
Yes I think that would be the best option.. honestly its super flexible so you can use it how you want but just make sure it goes on before any oil based products you use.. love x
@@MadAboutSkin would it be a problem to use vitamin c then, this acid and at night the acid and then, retinol. I am so sorry. I am a bit of a bug. I'm just confused. Thanks Rob. Are you going to include this acid in your Mad about Skin line soon?
❤❤❤❤❤❤ .. here is a whole bunch!! 😂❤ Hey you! Wow a video! I have only heard of this product but never tried it. I struggle with my skins structure. It takes quite som work to keep it somewhat nice🙈 but this I have to try! Running to the checkout 😂😂🙈🙈❤️ and! Retinal in Bodylotion!!! 🤩🤩 I have looked for a decent and effective one for years....not walking, running to checkout 😂😂❤❤ As always, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, I'm very grateful ❤ love from Helle, Denmark 🇩🇰 🤗 Xo
Hi hun, it depends where you buy it.. here in the UK they have 2 options the 15% and the 10% but in the US they only have the 10% on sale.. both are great though.. love x
Hi Hun.. he's we do ship to the US would you be able to send us a message using the contact us section of the website and we will look into it straight away for you cx
@MadAboutSkin thank you very much for your reply. I got lots of different answers on the Internet on this! Glad that I don't have to do breaks on my actives!
Has anyone from the UK ordered the azelaic acid serum (£31)? There's some bad reviews on trustpilot saying they come from Spain and there's lots of fees, also not delivering and bad customer service. I've held off ordering this last week and will wait for some other company to sell it in the UK.
Mine came the day after filming this and whilst it took 9 days which is a little longer than their website suggested I didnt pay any fees or charges.. I dont find I ever get charged by UK customs wherever I order.. love x

Oh wow I didn't know that and it didn't seem like you could on their website but that's great to know xxx
I'm in NY and I usually get it delivered in less than a week. I love Theramid and other brands from Niche beauty.
Same here! I’m also in California and have ordered several times.
Thank you! Just placed my order!!
🫶 I love Theramid, using their green Retinal at the moment and it’s almost as strong as a prescription retinoid in my opinion ❤
Theramid is amazing! I picked up their mini set as I hadn't tried any of the other serums except for the Azelaic Acid. The Retinal Serum is amazing too!
yes! I love their retinal too!❤❤
Yea I was very tempted to try their retinal looks very similar to the Medik8 retinoate which is suuuuuuper expensive lolol
I agree hun I have been loving all their products and I think the formulation have so many great added extras like the ceramides.. love x
Rob, I love when you not only talk about a product but you explain the active ingredient(s) in detail 🙌🏻❤
Thank you so much hun.. I love azelaic acid so I could talk about it all day long lol x
❤❤❤ Cheers to all our MAS family & the 'bitter end' squad, which is probably most of us because Rob is awesome! Sending everyone much love from Canada 🇨🇦

💜I've been using The Inkey List Azelaic Acid... Might give this one a try!
❤I always ride with you until the end. Sending good vibes.
Oh thank you so so much Scott and hope you have the most amazing fabulous weekend.. love x

I have it on my desk right now ready to give it a try :) love xx

I know right a lot of the formulations and textures are awful so I am so so pleased some nice ones are finally coming onto the market.. love xx
Thank you so much! Sending love and light from MI✨💜😘
Sending you so so much love and hugs x
❤ oh I like the sound of this thank you rob and the body cream xx
My pleasure hun and I think the body cream is a fantastic price for the strength they offer and how nice it feels on the skin.. love xx
I have tried so many azealic acid products through the years and this one is by far my favorite
yay I am so so glad its working so so well for you hun.. sending love x
how often do you use it ?
@@dikemariel I use it twice a day, I have very sensitive skin so at first I used it once every other day and built my way to my current routine.
That one does nothing for me, so I'm definitely gonna see if I can get the theramid shipped to Canada. thanks so much!!
yeah I think they might have relaxed them a little which is great.. love x
I love azelaic acid and i cant wait to buy the MAS serum again for my fix
Cant wait for it to be back for everyone on the 16th x
Rob, unless the law has recently changed, Azelaic acid serums are available in Canada. I purchased the inky list 10% one sometime last year.
Yep, I just checked the Sephora Canada website, it's still sold in Canada.
Oh it didnt used to be the case but your right seems like it is now which is amazing so thank you so much for sharing.. sending love x
❤❤❤ Very informative and great product suggestions as always!! ❤❤❤
Thank you so so much hun, thats super kind of you to say and sending you so much love x
You can get it with prescription and pay a very affordable price. The benefits are awesome. Been using for 2 years.
Yeah some countries its easy to, here in the Uk getting a prescription is not that easy lol so the strong over the counter options are preferred.. love x
❤ It's always worthwhile staying to the sweet end. A body product with Retinal is just what I've been looking for while MAS is out of stock. ❤
❤ Haven't tried it yet, the alizeac but also like the sound of the retinal body lotion.
The body lotion is amazing, for the price I think its a great formulation and strength.. love
Bought q+a azelaic acid balancing serum yesterday and looking forward to see what results it can give, feels really good in the skin. 8% azelaic acid might be enough for my slightly sensitive skin. Tried The ordinarys 10% before but not a fan of their formulation. Maybe next serum to try will be the one in this video, to up the percentage :)
Great video as always ❤️
I love love love the Q+A one its such a great product.. hope you enjoy it xx
I like Azelaic! Check Froika az 20 as a product :) it's very nice. It's in greece... so in case you ever visit? But with niacinamide and licquirice can't go wrong! and very nice creamy texture, (cause peoploe tend to complain about az texture)
Thank you so much for watching and for sharing your favourite. love x
Oh I didnt know this, sounds like things have changed and thats amazing thank you so much for the heads up.. love x
❤ Great recap, thanks so much!
My pleasure hun thank you so much for watching xx
❤ I love azelaic acid. It has done so much for my skin.
Same here hun.. love x
😊...somehow, I had the feeling you were going to enjoy this particular product from Theramid.....Their copper peptide is also stunning...😊❤
Haha I think out was you who recommended the brand to me a few months ago which peaked my interest and honestly all their products are amazing.. love x
Ordered it. Available in the United States! Who knew??
Oh wow I didnt think it would be but thats great.. I think its a wonderfully smooth azelaic acid with some great added ingredients so I hope it works really well for you.. love x
I use their copper peptide serum and its A-mazing! Got a good deal on the larger size during their recent sale
Im currently using the Nineless azaleic acid serum currently but would love to try niche's a-serum
Oh amazing I loved the copper peptide serum so much too. love x
Hi rob im using the Q&A azealic acid think i will be giving that one a try when iv used it up ❤
I love the Q+A one so much too, a nice mid strength option.. I hope you like this one too if you do try it.. love x
If you want this product he did include the website - they do ship to U.S.!!
@@grespinosa thank you!
Hi hun, I have been told by a few commenters that this is now available in the US so I think you might be able to get it as like you say most of the textures are terrible lol.. love x
Been using it since you introduced me to it and I really do enjoy it ❤
Yay I am so so glad its working for you hun..
Its great.
This is such a good point and percentages dont always tell the full story.. love x
Thank you so much for the heads up I will check it out.. love x
I’ve been looking into this product too. The only thing that stops me from buying it is the fragrance. Let us know how you go in the long run and if it helps with melasma.
Have you heard of Cysteamine? That was also considered an equivalent to hydroquinone
@@r.c.7779 no but will look up Thankyou!
I've been using the Dermatica Azelaic Acid 20% Cream, would love to see a comparison
Oh thats amazing thank you so much for sharing.. love xx
🩷 love the sound of the retinal body cream 🥳
Sadly the sale of azelaic acid has been banned in Australia.
Its so nice on the skin and a great strength for the price.. love x
Very late to this particular party but of course i was watching to the ❤❤❤
Ill try the body lotion for sure.
I have no issues with outbreak or uneven skin tone, its wrinkles im having a war with...would i still benefit from azelaic acid?? Xxx
hi hun, it wouldn't harm to include but if you dont have any of the major skin concerns it tackles there wouldn't be a huge point.. hope this helps and hope you love the body lotion if you try it.. love x
@@MadAboutSkinthanks a million for your reply. Always so kind and generous with your knowledge ❤xxx
Happy Thursday rob and all
Thank you so much hun. happy Thursday xx
Hey Rob, sending much love ❤ ~ Paula
Thank you so much Paula, I hope all is wonderful with you and your having a fantastic summer.. Sending you so so much love xx
Bitter end squad ❤❤❤
Oh thank you so so much hun, your support means a lot to me... Hope you have a wonderful weekend x
I was greatly interested in getting this product - only to remember I still have the Paula’s Choice azelaic product I haven’t finished yet. 🤔😱
Haha I like the PC one too :) love x
I habe never heard of this brand but they look great so please can we have a full review? X
Full review coming up xx
The secret to blemish- and redness-free skin 🤩🤭
So true and this azelaic acid is next level good xx
Noooo! 🙈 I can't buy the bodylotion from the site, well yes if I would like to pay 3 times the price 😜 There is only free shipping over £100, and I must pay further taxes and customs upon delivery 🙈.. I'll be slowly backing away from the checkout 😂😂🙈🙈🙈
Xo 🤗
I ordered from there too and got a surprise invoice to pay an additional 40 pounds taxes 😢😢😢
@@jesskoch5188 omg 😲 thank you so much for sharing 💖 keeping anyone else from being 'tax scammed' 💖💖💖
Which country did you order to, if you don't mind me asking 💖🙈
Xo 🤗
Oh I had no idea about the additional customs.. Here in the UK our customs dont really check anything and nothing gets charged which is great for us but I forget that this is not the same in some counties.. Hope all is wonderful with you x
I live in London and was super surprised that they charged taxes. I’ve ordered stuff from US and other countries abroad before and never got taxed on it :( maybe it’s hit and miss and they pick some orders randomly 🤔
@@MadAboutSkin I wish I lived in the UK then 🤩🎉
Xo 🤗
I want the starter KIT! I have been checking them out but always wait until I see reviews…
I love it.. I think the sizes are nice for you to really get an idea of how they will work and there is not a bad product in there.. love you x
I’m in Canada and while I use a prescription azelaic acid 15% cream the Paula’s choice azelaic acid acid booster 10% is available on Sephora Canada so I dunno about it being band over the counter but I’m pretty sure the 15% Is only available in prescription here in Canada but I love it it’s done wonders for my acne rosacea prone skin
yay I am so so glad its working so well for you hun.. thank yo so much for sharing and sending you so much love x
@@MadAboutSkin thank you so much and keep up the great videos they are always so informative love it
🧡🧡🧡 Hi Rob, we have OTC azelaic acid 20% here in Australia, brand name: Azclear, have you tried it?
Oh thats amazing I didnt know that.. I havent tried that one no but on my skin 20% Is a little too much for some reason where as 15% I seem to be ok with.. love you x

Currently using A-pad serum from G&G but it’s been only a couple weeks for me.
I was prescribed 15% strength Azelaic Acid gel by my dermatologist but the formula is so chalky and left white streaks on my skin after applying it so that one was a no for me.
I agree with you hun, some of the textures are just terrible and make me not want to use them.. I do love the geek and gorgeous one though.. love x
@@MadAboutSkin I like it so far, too. You have talked about it so many times and I finally decided to give it a try. It absorbs quickly and layers well under my other serums and sunscreen! 🩷
Rob how would you layer this product. Before, vit c in the morning and at night do you use a retinol and then, this product? ❤
Hey Rob will you bedding a review of the new ordinary body Care line? We need your seal of approval 😂❤
Review coming up :) - hope you have a great weekend.. love x
i live in asia and need to pay around $20 for shipping alone! i still need a little push before clicking checkout 😂
❤❤❤❤❤❤ .. here is a whole bunch!! 😂❤
Hey you! Wow a video! I have only heard of this product but never tried it. I struggle with my skins structure. It takes quite som work to keep it somewhat nice🙈 but this I have to try! Running to the checkout 😂😂🙈🙈❤️ and! Retinal in Bodylotion!!! 🤩🤩 I have looked for a decent and effective one for years....not walking, running to checkout 😂😂❤❤
As always, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, I'm very grateful ❤ love from Helle, Denmark 🇩🇰 🤗 Xo
GG aPad?
Twice a day? Please, would you please add how to use in the video. Thank you! ❤
You cant add something to a video once its uploaded but happy to share with you how to use if you have any questions.. just let me know x
Hi rob, can I use it with their copper peptides?
Hi hun, yes I think they pair really well together.. love x
@@MadAboutSkin thanks so much 😄
How about their vitamin c?
I likes it but its strong so I would say its only for those used to vitamin c x
@@MadAboutSkinis it really effective and quick to oxidize.?
What are your thoughts on the Vit C serum?
Love it though its super high strength so only for people used to vitamin c.. love x
@@MadAboutSkin thanks! You are one of three skincare UA-camrs whose opinion I trust!
What about black skin?
Hi hun, it will work on all skin tones so it wont be an issue.. love x
I might try this. The facetheory one is 15% and not 10%, just fyi xx
Hi hun, it depends where you buy it.. here in the UK they have 2 options the 15% and the 10% but in the US they only have the 10% on sale.. both are great though.. love x
@@MadAboutSkin thank you X
❤ always rob
Thank you so so much hun for all your support.. love x
When do I use this or how do I use it in my routine

Any suggestions on a Korean azelaic acid available in the USA?
I know a lot of people like the peach slices one and rate it highly, I think thats 10%.. love x
@@MadAboutSkin thank you
It takes so slow to see any difference when using azeleic acid . About to give up on it. Tried so many brands only to be re- disappointed again .
It is one of those ingredients you have to invest in for more long term results but having used it for the past 4 years I can say its worth the wait x
I bought the azelaic acid two weeks ago, but i haven't used it yet. I'm still unsure which actives i can use it with unfortunately.
You can actually use anything with it as it works alongside all actives so I hope that helps.. love x
@MadAboutSkin thank you very much for your reply. I got lots of different answers on the Internet on this! Glad that I don't have to do breaks on my actives!
Thank you
My pleasure hun thank you so much for watching xx
Why don't you use Finacea 15%?
Great question.. I find it to be grainy and a basic formulation.. here you can get 15% with a better texture and better formulation.. love c
I dont find I ever get charged by UK customs wherever I order.. love x
I think you are allowed to order up to £120 before UK customs kick in
