OMG! This is soooooooo cool! I can see making cards with the inks and stencils and everything and then affixing the cards to a canvas and incorporating as many interesting elements into a mixed media piece! I gotta get to one of these scrap-booking conventions...I'm drooling at all those stencils in the background! ;-)
Here is a link to the Mineral Paper: www.yasutomo.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tp-ecommerce.tpl&product_id=742&category_id=5&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=1
Can you please tell me which stencils do you use?
It was the Crafter's Workshop Chickadee Post and Doodling Owl. They came out 3 years ago so might be harder to find.
Is mineral paper the same as yupo? Excellent demonstration!
+Deanna Larson Although they are both treeless papers they are manufactured differently. I am just learning about them myself. However, they seem to react similarly in terms of art techniques that you can do on these types of papers. If you have Yupo papers you could probably do the technique Karen was showing us.
Thanks! I don't have either yet but I sure would like to try them! Thanks for all your excellent CHA 2016 vids!
