  • Ayu sweetfish is a Japanese summer tradition. Ayu rice "takikomi-gohan" or salt-grilled ayu. Then why not cook ayu with Kikka?
This earthenware rice cooker is super easy to use. I proved that a few weeks ago in another video linked below. I also made salmon rice with Kikka, and it was great!
Clay pot rice cooker! Japanese clay pot made especially for cooking rice, Banko ware "Kikka"
    • Clay pot rice cooker! ...
Here is the earthenware pot I used in this video.
Ginpo Toki (in Japanese and Chinese)

Please note that Kikka comes in different styles. If you want a rice cooker, look for the word "ごはん"(gohan).
I also found it on Walmart online under wrong name, and Amazon. (It is Banko, not Manko)

Preparing food for a party or large group can be a hassle. But most of my dishes are for two or one serving. Many of them are one-pan dishes that require few tools. Let's cook with me just for yourself or for your loved ones.
