Very skilled at cutting fish,Ryusei, very neat,I never cleaned the fish myself, the fishmonger would do everything,I just took home the fish to cook!! How does river fish taste...Are you a family of chefs? You seem to enjoy cooking very much,a pleasure to watch. My mum loves baking and cooking, eating home cooked food is a big family affair in our family.
Thank you! Actually I cut this fish more than 1,000. Yes, in Japan fishmonger do everything as well. That’s nice! Enjoy your fish meal. The taste is so good! Yes, I also make for my family. Sounds good. It’s really nice atmosphere😊.
There is no chance of getting Ayu in the UK. I can get milkfish at this time of year. Its also a sweetfish and Phillipinos prepare it in the same way as your second method. I'll give it a go, but i may skip the innard sauce for now. 😅
Thank you for your information. I’ve never heard of milkfish. And I just searched about it. In Japan we usually don’t eat milkfish. But in the future if I have a chance, I’d like to try milkfish! Thank you!
Living inland all my life, fish was not a large part of diet. However, trying to add more in as it is available everywhere now. I like the grilled fish/rice idea. This would be good with salmon or trout which is very accessible for me.
Ohayo gozaimasu Ryusei! Ayu looks beautiful and very delicious. I don't know if it is available where I live, but I will ask at my local fish market. I will try cooking Artic Char and Rainbow Trout as you've taught to try the recipe. Domo arigato gozaimasu! :)
Great share is yummy
