Japanese style hamburger steaks inspired by Asakuma Restaurant
Welcome to Sinapon Cooks from Japanese Kitchenet. Thank you very much for watching.
Asakuma restaurant's hamburger steak is irresistible. I tried to make a sauce as close to that as possible. It is so simple that anyone can try. Let's find out how it goes.
Some Westerners may object to me calling it a hamburger steak. However, since hamburger steak was introduced to Japan, this has remained Japan's hamburger steak, so please forgive me.

Welcome to Sinapon Cooks from Japanese Kitchenet. Thanks for watching our video. I named it "Anytime Mapo." Making mapo tofu can be a pain because of all the seasonings involved, so why not make a large chunk and store it for later use? You'll see the preparation and the actual process of making mapo tofu in two different ways using "anytime mapo." Yes, I'm Japanese, so it's not authentic Chine...

Making Octopus Steamed Rice from Live Octopus🐙

Welcome to Sinapon Cooks from Japanese Kitchenet. In this video, I'll show you how to tighten the nerve, clean and prepare octopus. I made takikomi rice with it. I understand that if you don't eat octopus as a child, it's hard to get used to it as an adult. It's gross right? Octopus has a lot of "umami" that cannot be replaced. Thank you for watching. #octopus #octopusrecipe #octopuscooking
