Sinapon Cooks
Japan
Приєднався 21 лют 2024
Hi I’m Sinapon. How’s it going? Welcome to Sinapon Cooks from a Japanese kitchenet and thank you very much for watching!
On this channel, you'll see my daily cooking from my real kitchenet. My dishes are mostly Japanese homemade meals.
Some of my videos provide step-by-step directions, especially for cooking beginners. Some of the other videos are less instructional, just getting ready for dinner. Many of them include ASMR moments
I need your understanding and respect for Japanese food culture. Seafood plays an important role, and someone has to prepare it. Otherwise NO sushi. It's not my intention to make you uncomfortable. I have gratitude and respect for food. Thank you for your understanding.
Recipe: Some videos come with a separate recipe. So please look for a link in the description of each video.

Japanese style hamburger steaks inspired by Asakuma Restaurant
Welcome to Sinapon Cooks from Japanese Kitchenet. Thank you very much for watching.
Asakuma restaurant's hamburger steak is irresistible. I tried to make a sauce as close to that as possible. It is so simple that anyone can try. Let's find out how it goes.
Some Westerners may object to me calling it a hamburger steak. However, since hamburger steak was introduced to Japan, this has remained Japan's hamburger steak, so please forgive me.

Welcome to Sinapon Cooks from Japanese Kitchenet. Thanks for watching our video. I named it "Anytime Mapo." Making mapo tofu can be a pain because of all the seasonings involved, so why not make a large chunk and store it for later use? You'll see the preparation and the actual process of making mapo tofu in two different ways using "anytime mapo." Yes, I'm Japanese, so it's not authentic Chine...

Making Octopus Steamed Rice from Live Octopus🐙

Welcome to Sinapon Cooks from Japanese Kitchenet. In this video, I'll show you how to tighten the nerve, clean and prepare octopus. I made takikomi rice with it. I understand that if you don't eat octopus as a child, it's hard to get used to it as an adult. It's gross right? Octopus has a lot of "umami" that cannot be replaced. Thank you for watching. #octopus #octopusrecipe #octopuscooking

I'm not from Okinawa, so this is my goya chanpuru. *Goya is another name for bitter melon. Recipe @ Go...

Bro knows how to make delicious food. ❤
I'm flattered. Thank you.😅
Those little dried fish are icefish or noodlefish and are delicious. They are very small fish in the family Salangidae. They are not whitefish.

Hi. I rewatched this video. I'm sorry that it was hard to understand visually because I didn't put numbers on the screen. It was my early video and immature. I will cook gyoza again soon and make an understandable video. Thank you for watching. 😊
Hi, after I posted my previous message, I realized that you are asking for a printable recipe. So I wrote one. The link is in the description of this video. I hope it helps. 😊
Cool video, but i think for the nigiri i think a smaller salmon size
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I think I'll try to make different sushi with salmon. I hope you'll like it. 😄

This looks delicious ! 😋
Thank you. 😊
looks yummy 😋
Thank you so much! 😺
I would love to see a traditional japanese breakfast tutorial next !😋
Hi. I eat cereal. 😂 But I'll think about that. Thank you for the request.
Love it, the squid looked so yummy :p ! I'll be going to japan soon and I hope the food looks and taste as good as what you make on video. You should totally make a little Sinapon chibi icon or a character to accompany your subtitles, intro and outro.
I'm sure that you will be more interested in watching my videos after your Japan visit. Yeah, I wanted to make a bowing kind of my character or something. I've been using only what comes with my movie editor app. I appreciate your suggestion. 😺
I love the content. Congrats on your growth ! I see you've gained so many new subscribers :D. Personally I liked the asmr and silent subtitles aesthetic more than the A.I. voice but i'll support regardless. Keep going :)
I believe you are my first guest. Thank you for visiting again. I always wonder if my viewers prefer listening or reading, so I appreciate your comment on that.
Squids don't have backbones.
not a backbone but something plastic like in hardness, if you don't remove it, it'll be like you're chewing a hard plastic.
Thank you for pointing it out.
Yes, something plastic. 😂 I didn't want to use any scientific terms... Thank you for your comment.
Thats a lot of work for a half of a bit 😭😭😭
Thank you for your comment. I think every little effort is rewarded when the food is good. But you're right. I hesitate when buying. 😂
You should try eating crawfish, sometime. 🤣🤣🤣
Salmon steak and salad with steamed rice, nice~
Thank you for your comment. 😉
Those nuts are stickier than mine on a summer day
Looks like post-digested cat food
I'm trying to image that. 😂
Holy cow! That is a huge fish that I would love to eay
I wonder who ate that fish. Thanks for your comment. 😉
We can stop with the spiderweb beans already
Hi. That's a funny name. Thanks.
Ewwww
I know. Sorry.
I don’t think you understand what healthy means .
You are right. I should say "highly nutritious." Thank you.
@@SinaponCooks Fair enough lol
Seems like it's more related to Salisbury Steak than actual HAMBURGER hamburger, as in a pure meat patty that's salted and peppered on the outside, in buns, with some salad and maybe cheese to make it a cheeseburger. But a Salisbury Steak variation can be really good, especially one that looks like it has more of a wine-based sauce, cool video! 🙂
Thank you for your comment. This style of hamburger has been believed as the hamburger in Japan for long time. I've never heard of the name Salisbury Steak. I googled it and you're right! :)
Blergh!!!!
I know. 😂
That liquid covering the beans looks kind of sus🤔🤔
Hi. Thank you for your comment. That is soy sauce based sauce comes with the natto pack.
@@SinaponCooks no I mean the liquid that was covering the beans before you did anything looked like... Something
Ah yes, rotten beans that normally taste like vomit when fresh.
It's fermented. Not rotten.
Explain the difference of rotten to fermented?@@FrosbiIsReal
I am NO scientist, so I will think about that. Thank you. 😂
@@user-dm4gb6st5v Rotted food is where the food has undergone uncontrolled fermentation. With a fermentation process, the conditions and duration of the process are strictly controlled. Fermentation also tends to select for (or actively exclude) specific micro organisms, whose metabolic action is desired.
So weird seeing this done with a spoon
That is one way to look at. I eat natto with a spoon. Thank you for your comment. 😊
Can you tell me how original taste of natto is like, and the texture, please? They look "interesting", but most non-Japanese people who've been there and eaten that find it "quite funny". And I'm not sure what that means.
It's difficult to describe the taste. You'd feel resistant to the smell. After trying it several times, I was able to eat it. I would never eat it if it wasn't good for me. 😉
Thanks for sharing, it looks great
Thank you for your comment.😉
I really like the style and the way the video is edited, so therapeutic ! Keep going, you just got yourself a new subscriber :D
You just made my day! Thank you so much. I'll do my best to deliver better contents.
The pacing of the storytelling allows for moments of reflection without losing the viewer's interest. It's a delicate balance that you've mastered.
Thank you.
