BRC यांचे DIP डाईट केले होते महिना भर केले होते ज्यात सकाळी उपाशी पोटी फक्त वाजच्या ग्राम मध्ये फळ घेतली होती 3,4 प्रकारची यामुळे आमचे कोलेस्ट्रॉल तर कमी झाले पण सोबत वजनही फार कमी झालेय तर ते कशामुळे झाले असावे आणि यावर कृपया उपाय काय आहे ते पण सुचवा 🙏
