So what if there was few crackings.. the performance was overall very brutal.. James's vocals were in good shape there and that scream at the "Spit it out" line was very beastly.. so yeah, My Apocalypse of that gig made me stare it mouth open !

rob does have amazing finger style skills, he's a beast at that...but over all i like jason more, he had a great taste in basses (Sadowsky), he did a great job playing with a pick, he had a great tone and his basslines always make it seem like theres another sibling song under the real song that he plays by himself

James doesn't have growls, I have always liked his vocals, but Jari Maenpaa would be a perfect example of some awesome growls.

Metallica did a good job with balancing the music to James vocals on this album. Many of theyre older songs has in these times a tendency to make James voice sound pretty flat... XP

Yeah i agree Jason's bass tone was better, but Rob plays a whole hell of a lot better with a lot more rhythm.
