Distracted driving was the greatest risk I immediately thought because we have almost been hit,or observed people on the cell running red lights, pulling out in front of speeding semi’s, etc ad nauseam.
In Australia, it is illegal for drivers to use cell phones whilst driving. Our vehicles have to be stationary AND off the road for us to use them. This has saved many lives. ❤❤❤
I'm of the opinion hands free should also be illegal as a distraction is a distraction. People should just get from point A to point B with or without GPS if needed and that's it. Talking to people on your phone should not be part of the equation. Period.
I always wondered if someone could get cancer from a phone. I read along time ago we might evolve to have something different with our neck from always looking down?, not sure the specifics. It's definitely not safe to use the phone while driving, I lost a friend from that.
I'm not a medical professional, but would add that I'm not sure hands-free talking on the phone is much better than holding the phone when you're driving, I think it's the conversation itself that's so distracting. I read somewhere that a phone conversation while driving is, curiously enough, more distracting than having a conversation with someone who's sitting next to you in the car.
I literally see the cars coming towards me on a two lane road especially (or non-highway road or "local road") as if they will veer into my lane at any moment! I am terrified of this. And, they ALWAYS USE EXCESSIVE SPEED. It will only take a split second for them to glance away from that center line for me to be dead. Horrifying.
Well, now Im concerned about what seeking medical attention has potentially done to my health. About 4 xrays in the last year, 2 CT scans in a month during that year and 2 MRIs within 3 months during that year.😢
None of that will harm your health. Especially not the MRI because it doesn't use ionizing radiation. To date, no one has ever suffered health effects from diagnostic x-ray or CT. The only radiation injury in history was Thomas Edison's assistant who played around with continuous x-ray by putting his hand in the x-ray beam....
I’d be curious to see a video on cell phones near babies and toddlers - I know that they are growing and their brains are growing, would non ionizing radiation affect them because of their brains still being in a growing state? If you have a phone near them? (I literally am typing this as I’m holding my sleeping/breastfeeding infant) it’s my only time to catch up on things without my baby seeing me on my phone, but I obviously don’t want it to negatively impact the health of my baby’s brain.
We have a doc who is always telling us nurses to stop caring our cell phone in our scrub pockets. He says it’s gunna fry our ovaries…..yet he won’t call us on the desk phone with orders, always our personal cells 😅 I told him a few months back “doc you’re gunna fry my ovaries with all these new orders” he did not laugh….
You don’t speak of EMF especially when your phone is plugged in Idk if causes permanent damage or just symptoms. I indeed feel ill with using my phone for long periods while plugged in. Dizziness, nauseas, loss of concentration. That’s well documented

I think it helps if people don't freak out if you can't answer them right away . You may be in a situation like driving where it is just not safe .

Aren't UV rays non-ionizing rays that can cause cancer? All other cancer-causing rays in the electromagnetic spectrum are ionizing.

Yes, I got it correct. I never ever text and drive, this uses the same part of brain that is needed for driving. Is this true?
