    I do stretches before bed, not after training. Also, stretching each lat with rings, starting what's a staggered stance making it look like you did a standing inverted row, and then pushing the corresponding hip back as far as possible to the point that your feet go from being staggered to you sitting atg is my absolute favorite stretch for the lat.

    I have been doing 5 min hanging on the bar daily. Really good after my pull up workout

    If I do a full-body workout should I do each stretch after it's muscle group or finish the whole workout and then do all the stretches?

      Id do a full workout first
      Then do stretching part

    I prefer doing more active stretching in the morning.
    I find the forearms stretching very helpful. First time that I did it was hard I was also very tight

    Hey glad to see this amazing content.
    But could you make a video on how to start calisthenics journey from almost low experience. I can't do pull ups and can only do 5 push up in a row. I can run 5km in 25 minutes and can do 70 to 80 crucnhes straight and also hold plank for 1minutes. I can hold the frog pose for 10 to 16 seconds.
    Above are my current stats, I will be 16 by FEB14,2025 . I can start workout after 18 march due to some important exams. So, i won't be doing exercise till then leading to low workout experience.
    So, in short please make a plan for teenager like me to start calisthenics. I want to unlock some skills to get ready for some hard training in defence. In our country, defence training is 50 to 60 percent base on calisthenics. So please a video on it. Also tell some tools needed, like pull up bar or any other which can be needed in the journey. Tell around 10, starting from must have to not necessarily.
