How To Fix Spectre Divide Not Loading/Stuck On Loading Screen
Step 1) If you are using any antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program. Windows Security users allow the game exe file to controlled folder access and firewall
Step 2) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, try compatibility mode
Step 3) Uninstall and reinstall BattlEye
Step 4) Run these commands
ipconfig/flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
Step 5) Use Ethernet connection
Step 6) Try -dx11/-dx12 in launch option
Step 7) Perform a clean installation of Graphics card driver

Step 8) Laptop users with dual graphics card: Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 9) Verify the game files
Step 10) Install Visual C++ Files- support.micros...
Step 11) Update Windows
Step 12) Unplug hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, Disable overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), Close all the overclocking app such as MSI Afterburner, riva tuner etc. Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, close Firefox/chrome browser and third-party app, remove the undervolt
Step 13) Increase the Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 14) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD

Thank you very much. It worked for me after doing the steps around 7:30 minutes in. I don't know why this game is so buggy tho 😀
