Bob is a freaking warrior. I hate seeing him like this but what a champion. Nothing can stop bob and his reserve. He’s a great person who helps tons of people day in and day out. Me too! Their exercises have freed me from a lot of pain from a bulging disc, shoulder pain after an car accident & more!!
When I have pain, the first thing I do is search for their advice!

A simple tennis ball. Rolling my foot with a tennis ball every chance I got. You can determine the pressure you put on the ball.

This is such an issue even with folks who have no significant health issues. Bob is an amazing man and his smile is perfect! It was so good to have him on this video. I am going to continue to work on my balance, because I have a fear of falling and injuring myself. Getting older is not for sissies!
