This year the Goodwood Revival celebrates its 20th Anniversary. In this video I take a nostalgic look at this amazing event.

If this was just a car show or race I would think it was cool. I just discovered today how much more it is and now it’s making a serious contention to get on my “bucket list”!

Great video! The racing drivers must have balls of steel, to drive that fast on older generation tyres!
Oh yes. I had an interesting chat to the guy who runs a company that makes classic tyres. He said new tyres are too good for these old cars so they have to make them like they used to. They need a bit of slip to let you drive the car the way it was designed to be driven !

Loved the backing music and the old Austin pedal cars at 8mins.
There is a kids race in those pedal cars...so cute watching them all peddling down the start finish straight !
Really atmospheric film, captures the spirit of the Revival perfectly! It was great to chat with you, and how perfect for this "Cobra Superfan" that I was view number 289 of this vid! As well as being test pilot for Boulton Paul, my grandfather designed & supplied the thatched hangar for Freddie March...how cool is that?! 😎

Amazing to hear about what your father did, funnily enough, my grandad did exactly the same. As well as a whole host of other things! Still going strong at 90 with his MG Roadster and a proud history of planes, rockets, hovercrafts and even the latest 2 land speed record cars. But incredible video, sums it all up for me and I will be there one year!

Brilliant weekend, and you have managed to capture in this short video the atmosphere of what is surely
one of The Premier Motor Sport events of the year. The racing action on track was great, my favourites
Kinrara Trophy on Friday & Sussex Trophy on Sunday, with Phil Keen taking my vote for driver of the
Meeting taking 1st after starting from the pit lane. Still enjoying your part of the world until next week then back to Stratford. Cheers.

I watched the live coverage via UA-cam which was excellent, never been as always favoured FOS, that's going to change next year.
They are very different events, but the set dressing and wheel to wheel racing make Revival a very special place !
Great vid Peter . Difficult to sum up the event in 10 mins but think you did a pretty good job. This year i was only there on Friday but this was my 18th revival . Its like a drug. Im addicted. Definitely think there should be a non action day on Thursday just to look around without missing any action.
