Always choose a reputed and atleast bronze certified power supply unit. Don't take risk to save some money. Your total pc is dependent on the psu. Please don't do cost cutting here. You can cost cut on storage and ram like use 8gb ram and 500gb or 256gb ssd initially, later upgrade that but buy a good psu
