@RetroPCTech absolutely… the too quiet engine, the only availability with PDC plus the AWD makes this car pretty unemotional and the first thing that came to my mind after driving the 991.2 Turbo S Cabriolet was… „the fastest vac on earth..!“

Yeah well, Lamborghinis are insane compared to normal fast cars, but are actually a bit slow compared to other supercars like Porsche, McLaren and Ferrari. Actually, lamborghinis are getting outclassed these days. But they sound better

the fact that aventador is a decade old. So we’ll have to see when the replacement for the aventador comes out. It’s rumored to have a na v12 with an electric motor and an dct with awd and it’s pretty much going to be faster than any other supercar(except for hypercars)

Also, it's quick, not fast. Fast is 250+ mph.
Quick is the amount of time it takes.

Toyota Prius yes it will come out short of everything. No real world test because it will fall short on everything. Can’t do multiple launches and will not last a real race unless if push to the limit but it can have 600 miles of range.........as long as your speed is between 60-70 mph. LOL!

For stock car its still the 911 turbo S but overall, a tuned Audi Rs3 did quarter-mile in 9.9 seconds(on the 4th try because it broke down the first 3 tries) xD

The only way in hell the turbo s has a chance is a drag race only due to awd. In a roll race the Porsche is getting spanked of course, just like any other supercar that ever tries a 720s.
Either way the 720s is old tech now, let’s see how this new turbo s will do against the 765lt. It won’t even stand a chance.

This has easily got to be one of the best and the finest drag races I've watched in a while, I think 10.2 is probably the best 1/4 mile results on this channel so far, the 911 Turbo absolutely smokes it. Cant wait for them to pit it against the 720s.

I just said that! The 720S is said to be the drag queen.. but now we have a real challenger in the new Porsche 911 Turbo S, I’d love to see a drag race between the two, especially as I think the McLaren costs a lot more.

@@DuggzValentine Not really. Bugatti Veyron from 2005 does 2.4 also. 2017 Bugatti Chiron does 2.3. But 911 is insane for the price. Almost 2 times cheaper Tesla Model S also does 2.4 though.

This 911 Turbo S is fastest so far AFAIK ... , second is Taycan Turbo S and third is McL 720S with 10.4 ...

Not sure why the older video popped up today. But really enjoyed seeing the absolute surprise back then of just how this 911 Turbo S just goes... And now is pretty much the benchmark car in terms of the 1\4 mile races. I mean even hyper cars gets compared to this thing. I would be great if Carwow could put together a video of the 911 Turbo S just destroying cars its not supposed to since the first time they raced it all the way up to now.
@Mat Watson for the brake test, why not have the referee camera watching the back of the cars, so we can all see if you brake at the same time (brake lights)?
