- Installation of the Sena SRL-SRL2 Bluetooth Communication System in a Shoei Neotec II Helmet; what parts to remove and how to remove and install all the parts.
Very well explained and animated. Many youtuber and manufacturers like sena can take a lesson from that.
Thanks to your help, I was able to install the SRL2 wonderfully. On the other hand, I couldn't get along with the SENA video.
Keep it up
Thank you for taking the time show others how to do this.
Thanks for this video.. I have just purchased a Neotech 3 with the SLR3 .
Very nice, well done. Relaxing to watch in stead of all the other videos. Thank you very much sir!
Thank you for such a great, detailed video. It was very helpful.
Very nice and detailed instructions. Thank You!
Great detailed instructions!
Thanks a lot mate for your efforts.
Thank you great video sena should pay you for this the instructions are useless
Thanks for the help. Nice job.
Very good video, thank you!!
Super useful, thanks 👍👍👍
Outstanding instructions! Thank you! Now that you've had it for 12+ month, could you comment if it has been acceptable operation for you? Some reviews seem to comment about low sound volume. Do you find the volume sufficient?
Excellent, thank you.
Awesome video! You make is look easy. Can you do a video installing the Heed crash bars on a Triumph Tiger 1200 as well please, I need calm instruction like yours!
Thank You,
Unfortunately u didn't specify when to install the mic and following your steps I ended by installing the speaker before installing the microphone , then had a bad time removing the speaker again, also didn't mention anything about the cover of the speaker and if to reinstall with it without the paddings 🤔
THANK YOU!!!
Thank you! for all your swell reviews! You do have an obvious & sharp design analysis skill.
Beside the integration which one of these two communication systems do you like the most?
I am on the market now exactly between these two helmets... after many years with Schuberth helmets I feel like it's time to give a try for an other designer/concept/manufacturer in other words I'm loosing trust for Schuberth. I just need a highly functional system that will not fail BT connections & provide an excellent sound quality. Not sure you will read my above question but maybe you will.... Cheers! (Really tempted by your Arai XD4 setup)
The Bluetooth on the Shoei helmet is much better integrated, but not as good as the Bluetooth installed on the Arai in both communication and in sound quality. So you can either have a superb helmet, with a superb Bluetooth system, but not very well integrated to the point were it is a little annoying; i.e. Arai with Cardo Packtalk Slim, or you can have an ok (notice small letters...) helmet with an ok Bluetooth system and superb integration; i.e. Shoei with Sena SRL2. If you drive in the city, the Shoei helmet is ok, if you drive in the country side the Arai is leaps better by far. I paid for both helmets and both Bluetooth systems myself, and have ridden with both helmets for thousands of miles in everything from very cold to very hot weather, and have driven multiple day long rides swapping back and forth between the two helmets to test them. The Arai helmet is in a different class vs. the Shoei helmet. Also, the Shoei offers ZERO customer service, a total joke at this price point. Yes, I know they are different helmets, one opens, the other does not... :-) Oh - by default when I go for a ride, I pick the Arai XD4 (the helmets are right next to each other) and have to "remember" to use the Shoei Neotec II every now and then...
What are the differences between SRL and SRL2? Just the microphones?
great
How do I link this helmet to a Garmin Zumo XT please?
Quick question! Does this set works for shoei nxr2 as well??
👍👌
Is this system better then the sena 50R
Do not know - it is the communication system that is made especially to fit the available cutout space in the Shoei Neotec II helmet.
Can sena srl 2 install into neotec 1
I do not know.
You skipped past the most important part of the video
Great video, thank you.
