I love you people that take time to make these videos so that we can know a little of your work and learn. You are inspiring and guide us to do what we never thought me could do. Thanks for sharing your art. Love you.
I’m in my 60s and have painted all my life, on and off, through child rearing, illness, bankruptcy, divorce, redundancy and now Covid, you name it, it’s happened to me - painting has been the one constant in my life and now I’ve just started a channel on UA-cam to share what I have learnt with others who are picking up a brush for the first time, or coming back to it. To think I nearly gave away all my equipment ten years ago! And now I have a channel with nearly a thousand subscribers and a lively Facebook group and sales on my own website. Age matters, my creaking bones won’t deny it, but it doesn’t have to hold you back. Go for it (and please visit my channel for more inspiration!)
*while painting feathers* I'm just sort of winging it. *me, with my great taste for puns* chuckles appreciatively. But in all seriousness, I love how relaxed your tutorials are, and how informative as well.
Emma, Thank you so much for all the great videos. I never thought I could do any kind of painting or had any artistic flair. But your videos are amazing and easy to follow and inspirational. I loved all your floral videos (I made a beautiful floral card for my mum - for mothers day). Im gonna try this out now!
I’m hooked on your tutorials. They are just wonderful to watch and listen to. I am a beginner to watercolours and your work has given me confidence to try some of the ideas out. Thank you for the UK. .
I can't believe how easy you make this look, ok, you've convinced me. I love how you just go for it. Your pictures are beautiful and I will also be trying the lavender. You have inspired me to try try try.....
Thanks for your awesome video and plain, wonderful, understandable, easy descriptions. I love the "feathering" you achieved by going back in wet on wet. Your feathers could easily transition into plant leaves. You've become quite brave and confident with your saturated color. Wow! Always look forward to your videos, Emma! :)
This is fantastic! I tried watercoloring a feather the other day, and it came out a total wreck; now that you’ve released this I have some guidance to try it again. Thank you!
Emma, I learn a lot from every video you make. I really want to paint pink pampas grass (or muhley grass). Would you please consider making a video of that?
I have a paint palette just like the one you use. I have trouble with the hard paint falling out or when I open it the paints fall out. How to you make them stay where they are?
thanks for posting this! you're a great teacher. would you mind telling me what specific greens you have in your pallet? I bought the Windsor Newton color tube set and really don't like the greens included.

Watching some of your older videos, loved these. I will add this to my "to do" list. Thank you.
