ROMWOD REVIEW: What is it & is it worth it?

    Romwod changed my fitness. When I started doing crossfit, I had no range of motion on my ankles, wrists, overhead squats, and hips! Doing before bed for a year, really made a change! Have slacked off since I have become very flexible, but need to start again👍🏼

      ROMWOD is honestly such a great resource. Completely agree as consistency with it does wonders to your wellbeing and performance. Makes you realize to not underestimate your range of motion.

    I started ROMWOD at your recommendation and it’s life changing! No more aches and pains. Amazing how something so quick and simple can add so much to your life.

      Thank you for sharing your experience! Truly is amazing how taking 20 mins a day to stretch and work on mobility can make so much of a difference. Thankfully ROMWOD makes it easy for us to do that.

    Is there a structured weekly routine follow?
    Do exercises keep changing? My concern is that could be a negative as you never get to master any movement.

      There are structured routines mapped out for the full week that are outlined at the beginning of the week. The daily routines are always evolving but will see a same movement show up more than once over the week. Even once you master a ROM movement it’s great to keep performing that movement to maintain it.

    In addition to stretching does it have WOD routines and weight tracking.

    How many workouts should you do a day? Once doesn't seem like it's enough, but I don't want to over do it.

      I’ll just do the daily schedule routine/workout which most days is about 15 minutes of working on mobility. Then one day is the warrior WOD of about 50 minutes. If you’re sticking to a daily routine of even just 15 mins, you will certainly see progress over time.

    How do you like the mat?

      Big fan of the mat. It’s quite durable as I use it to workout frequently on it too and holds up quite well over the years with just minor wear on the logo and lettering.
