#mobility - Наука та технологія
This was super helpful and were the exact categories I was looking at comparing. Thanks for the great video!
Thanks for the info. Another great review!
Thanks Colin, this is very helpful.
Very well explained! Thanks you!
Excellent review!! The most comprehensive video on mobility apps to allow you to make your decision (I went with The Ready State based on this review).
Oh and thank you so much for that review!!
Thanks! I’ve been using ROMWOD/pliability for several years, but wondered if should switch it up. This was an excellent breakdown of the pros and cons of each. Super helpful. I’m going to stay with Pliability
Great review!
Good content, thanks.
Great breakdown! I've been using the Movement Vault app for about 6 months now and it's been a game changer. Their stretching techniques are way different than anything I've tried. I have been a user of ROMWOD, GOWOD, and the Ready State and have made way more progress with Movement Vault. Everyone I have recommended them to has loved it. Have you reviewed them?
Just checked it out. Looks awesome, but ios only :/
Appreciate the insight but for me it's easily Pliability and Stretchit since I appreciate following along with a routine and not just given instructions and set loose to put together my own routine. Pliability and Stretchit do this very well, which wasn't available in your top choice. For me that app is simply a reference guide and not much else (do its lack of having a routine to follow along. Granted I was only interested in the Splits routine so this may not be the case in other routines.
What about "Functional Patterns" ?
Thanks
So sorry to post this here but I was wondering I feel like a while back. You posted about an extra subwoofer that you could connect to your Peloton. Could you link that here so I can place an order. 2:11
I think you are referring to the Veloquip SoundBar

Could you review beard the best you can be?
I like ready state overall the best pre post and just to do maintenance work on the body but I do love pliability before bed. So yeah that kind of sucks
Ya the combo between both of them is the really the best, but expensive.
I have arthritis and regret never doing nobility in the 7 years i did CrossFit. .. I transitioned into lifting weights now and am focusing on muscle growth. Are any of this recommended still for lifting weights focusing on muscle group? If so how many times a week should these apps be used ? Thank you in advance!
personally, I enjoy Training Think Tank (they use the app WODUP I think) and choose their functional bodybuilding program. The program is for 5 days a week, but I adjust and do 3-4 days depending on my schedule and what I am testing
@@ConnectTheWatts thank you for this, i will check this out!
Pliability reviews so far in Sept 2023 are showing a TON of app issues. Something to do with a recent android update. So the top two apps are currently not functioning (refer to my first comment on The Ready State). Hope they get their issues resolved.
Used pliability for the first time this morning on fold 5 with no issues. Let's hope nothing pops up cause I like the app a lot.
I think peloton listened to you and updated their platform.
In what ways? Thanks
I feel like Kelly's instructions are a little hard to follow. Maybe I am just an idiot, but I often do not know what he means.
