Good to witness these conversations showing that the medical professionals are now 'catching up' with what naturopaths and others have known for millennia. Science is now supporting what used to be referred to as 'alternative practice' which actually is good healthy practice for mind, body and soul.

A big Thank you to the both of you natural world inspired doctors. Dr Perlmutter I began reading of your body of work when my grandfather was sadly diagnosed with late onset Alzheimer's disease and no neurologist in my country who followed him over the years could even diagnose it! Dr Gottfried I have your book Hormone Cure which has greatly inspired my health journey. Both of you coming together is the perfect symbiosis of ideas and wisdom! Please keep on synthesizing complex knowledge for us to take on in our and families' health care. Much appreciation

The interview also highlights the special connection of brains and language that academics who respect each other share - clearly comes across here . Certainly makes me miss my years spent in academia! :)

Tying diet, oura ring, DNA, Sleep, positivity/caring, supplementation into a life/health-hack is a lot to coordinate. Your efforts to make the knowledge applicable to working stiffs like me is deeply appreciated. My wife and I are experiencing great health benefits as a result. Wish I knew this when I was 30 instead of 56. A law enforcement career wasn’t conducive to good health. Blessing on you

Although I only understood 5% of this conversation, I can still say I am inspired and excited at the future of medicine.
