1.5 cups water (360ml)
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Sugar
8 g (1 Tbsp) Yeast
1/4 cup oil (30ml)
4 cups Flour (570g)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Bake at preheated 350 F (175C) oven for 30 minuets or until golden brown and fully cooked

The second yolk would be used to make an egg wash to brush the dough before baking. Thanks for your comment.
Is it possible to let this rise in the fridge overnight? I made your other quick bread loaf where you let it rise in bowl first then the tin after. So just wondering if can be done overnight and at which stage please
Thanks for your comment, You may proof this dough in the fridge overnight at the first stage of proofing.
Thanks so much. Would you say that it would still need a second proofing? So in the morning from the bowl move to the tin and allow to rise again?
@@shels4398 You're very welcome! That's right after the first proof in the fridge shape and move into pan then let it rise fully before baking, just know that it would take more time rising as the dough is cold.
