Homemade Bread for Beginners - Quick and Easy Recipe

This Bread is so delicious and fluffy and stays fresh for days, I promise you will make this bread every day with only few ingredients! Ingredients:
1 cup mashed potatoes combined with 2 tablespoon of butter ( 1 large potato or 2 medium ones would make around this much mashed potato )
2.5 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup water
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Egg
1.5 teaspoon Yeast
1 Egg (for brushing the dough before baking)
Bake at preheated 400 F (200C) oven for 15-20 minuets or until golden brown and fully cooked
