Came here from pinterest, I just kneaded the dough and waiting for it to rise. Probably less than 1.5 hours since it's fairly hot here. I'll update on the results later but for now, I needed to say that I couldn't get over all the positive reviews/comments and had to try it immediately! Update: turned out amazing, super delicious and soft. Loved every bite! Thank you!!
I just want to take this moment to thank you, I have been watching your videos for about the last six months. And every single one of them is perfect. So calming, clear, straight to the point, but most of all, they work!! I can really tell you have tried and perfected every recipe you are showing us. I want you to know that i (and many more) appreciate your passion for food and the great content that comes from it. And I can't wait for all the great recipes to come! Much love!
Oh my goodness, thank you so much. I am terrible about checking comments on these videos because I'm so accustomed to checking on my blog, but I'm so glad I saw this one ... truly means the world. Thank you for taking the time to write.
I really enjoy following your recipes. No fuss, no long winded explanations, just easy to follow and always come out really tasty. Keep up the good work.
Hi from Mauritius, I tried your recipe today and I couldn't believe how easy and good it was. People, you should definitely try it. As a bread lover, this is heaven for me. I am going to try all your bread recipes. Thank you so much for sharing. God bless!
It may sound weird, but I love to watch you form the dough into balls. Such care and precision -- must be many, many formed as you perfected your recipes. I love the quiet calm that pervades the videos, too.
Your videos are really great, no music to start with which is fabulous, I like the gentle background sounds of your family, just a normal house !. Recipes and instructions are so clear and easy for anyone to follow, experienced or not.. please keep up the good work. Thanks.
Yes, definitely! Even a preheated cast iron skillet or sheet pan. I added the recipe link to the description box above and there are notes in the post about how to use something other than a Baking Steel.

May I start with how refreshing this was to watch. No theatrics, no frills, just straight to the point. I like it. Thanks.

I’ve got to try this. Would a baking stone work? Also, I’ve made your simple sourdough about 20 times in the last month. Thank you so much!

Did you mean sugar instead of salt?
Hi, sorry I’m a bit confused, when you say 256 g (2 cups) do you mean 1 cup or 500 gs for 2 cups? Thanks!
