    This channel has so many creative variations, with voice counts, with breath holds, theory and so much more that it is definitely the BEST EVER PODCAST about breathing. A GOLD MEDAL OLYMPIC LEVEL PODCAST. I would ask youtube to start to give medal for QUALITY content and this channel is the winner. .

    I dont think this is the right breathing Techniques, its to fast and tthere is no real concenration, and holding down your breath, for a few seconds and release, you have to allow your lungs to relax, and not to reforce it, it could pump to much oxigené into into your Brain Circuit.
