If you are just replacing the rods and pistons have you considered the weight difference between the the stock parts versus the aftermarket parts. You could have a balance issue. Since the engine is already apart it might be to your benefit to have the rotating assembly balanced.
Will be doing that when assembling the engine.I will check all pistons and rods weight...

Run a ball hone through the cylinders to set a good cross hatch pattern for your new rings to seat in. Nice work, should be a screamer

I have a diesel for now, but i want a second one on gasoline so i can tune aswell.
I have 6 difference tools but one of my fav tool is autotuner and dfb.

is the NA 3.2 si6 crankshaft forged? if you would want to make it a stroker
I really think you could run 35 psi boost with no worries not sure no one has ever done it i cant aford to do it .
What numbers on dyno you wish with stage 3?

I have been watching all your videos on this volvo. I just brought one and i want to do a full built. I want to know if i could do a manual swap with a speed m66 gear box? Can i get a reinforced or forged crankshaft for this engine?
There's no need for manual swop. This transmission need high pressure valve body and extra cooler and jts very strong transmission. But if you will be looking to build it you can get rods and pistons for it for sure. Im mot sure about the crank. And why would you want the crank upgraded? Its solid as it is

@cornellmiller236 easy. Hp is never the problem with these its the torque. I pushed 500ft lbs of wheel torque at all 4 wheels. No issues for 3 years

I have a question what was your 100-200 kph or 60-130mph times before the engine blow up? And with the stock ECU the speed limiter can be removed? Im thinking of buying a S60 t6 but dont really see that much information online
Rdesign t6 is 154mph from factory.

@blacks70pt the main tuners in volvo world are Rob at hilton tuning and Roel at Rica.
