Chad!!! Perfect video! Exactly what I was looking for. I live in Clearwater, FL and in the last 1-2 weeks I have been noticing that some yellowing areas are starting to form in my front lawn. This started to happen after a particular area already got damaged with some kind of fungus, I was told. I use TruGreen and they came and treated the fungus problem and now I have a new request for help with the yellowing. Not sure if it is a continuation of the fungus problem. I wish you were in the Tampa Bay area. I would hire you to take care of my lawn, that’s for sure. I will try to contact you if you don’t mind to double check that I understood what may be happening to my lawn. Not sure I fully trust TruGreen and thinking of dropping them. Thanks again for this and other videos. I just subscribed today! 🙂
Very nice explanation on the 4 major problems in St Aug lawns or other lawns.
I'm glad this could help. Thanks for the support.
Great video Chad, keep’em coming!
Thank you Jason. The audio will be better next time.
Thanks for the positive comment and support!!!
Nice video. I appreciate the content. I do my own treatments, but if I were going to hire someone, it'd be you. Go Gators!

Will lime help lower ph?
No, lime raises pH. If you need to lower your pH you need to use something like elemental sulfur.
@dsaubt is 100% correct.
