I train Wing Chun as often as possible and like your video in which you explain the Chum Kiu form technique in detail and all the other videos. very interesting and educational. I live in a small town in the north of Germany and unfortunately It's not that easy to train in groups. And so I train it as best I can from home. Thank you for the tip if I ever need help. 任何門派都只係招式, 即係制敵嘅方法, 但除咗方法, 仲要有體能, 抗擊力同鬥心, 而家香港講嘅所謂功夫, 可能係好好嘅方法, 但近乎100%只係講方法, 零講求體能, 抗擊力同鬥心, 面對冇技擊訓練嘅人, 係好有效嘅方法, 但面對外國其他技擊方法, 只有做沙包份兒, 因為人哋練拳又練功又實踐.
重申, 我認傳統武術係可實戰嘅, 而且有好好嘅效果, 但以前嘅人 練拳又練功又實踐, 因為真係有咁嘅需要, 但而家冇, 所以唔練體能抗擊力同鬥心, 不如唔好練, 除非你學嚟只係想拍戲或當做運動. 但唔好話自己好打
至於比賽嗰啲更加, 嗰啲唔係武術, 只係武術形式嘅體操啫
