There is not one straight panel. It is a Land Rover.
Bit like Trigger's broom, a lot of stuff has been replaced including the engine. The 200TDI swap is a common swap to try and eke some small performance out of it, the NAD was weak in power but long lived.
After some time I got a 109" Series 3 petrol on the road and running. Took wife for a spin. Noisy, dusty, rattly, slow. Yep, a Landie.

Hi.The interior has been fully sound proofed and insulated and also has had electric Disco 2 front seat conversion. Very comfortable.

I know it seems proper to stick with a Land Rover engine for a swap but it still sounds like an old Tractor. There’s a good reason why the Australian Army built their own Defenders with an Isuzu (Japanese) engine. 😎
