@@TheReviewStudios if ever there was a 90s cartoon that was awesome but cancelled before its prime, it was that show. The premise of the show was that an exiled prince sailed with his crew in search of curing their world of the "dark water" an oily and dangerous substance covering their planet's seas. Alongside him was the exotically beautiful Tula, who was like a more beautiful version of Princess Jasmine, the antiheroic Ioz who would be like an older version of Jason Momoa, and their mischevious Monkey-bird Niddler. There were not many episodes made, which is a shame, because it has such great potential.

I remember James Bond Jr. Looking back on it now, it had the right formula in a lot of aspects. I think making him the nephew instead of a son made sense, you sorta forget how much of a womanizer Bond was. I liked that they kept a number of the same villains, but made them unique for the show. There were also subtle hints to things in the movie too, like the inclusion of an Aston Martin. Though, for me at least, I think it was just boring. It was literally just "Saved By The Bell" with a Bond character. I feel like if they nixed the whole prep school thing, it would have been better.
Then again, growing up in the 90's, I absolutely HATED the "let's make a baby version of popular characters and make an entire show of it" trope. I didn't want a young Yogi Bear or Scooby Doo, I wanted Yogi Bear and Scooby Doo.

Man, what memories! I was born in 1985, so there are a lot of cartoons listed that I remember.
As much as I got sucked into the TMNT craze, I did enjoy Bucky O' Hare for as long as it was on. I also got hooked on Gargoyles, like most did, or Biker Mice from Mars.
I actually was pretty surprised to see you had the Waldo cartoon as well. That was pretty short lived. Same with the Mario show. I had to try so hard to get up in time for Mario, and would be so happy if they did the Zelda episodes in conjunction those days!!!
Also: I saw the clip of Fido Dido! For the longest time, in Ontario Canada, he was a highly regarded mascot for "Sprite" brand pop, and used for filler commercial animations. Remember his doggy? Lol.

I think the thing you have to remember with the MC Hammer cartoon, you have to appreciate the 24 month rocket ship to stardom that was his career. It was almost entirely based on one hit, but “you can’t touch this” was SO ubiquitous and he was a cultural phenomenon to himself, being the first rap artist to have a hit go to #1. It didn’t last long, but there was a brief period where he was at the Michael Jackson/Madonna level of stardom, almost entirely on charisma. The backlash to his constant commercialization and ubiquity started about right at the time the cartoon went out, but it wasn’t the worst idea for a show in 1991 (I think it replaced a New Kids on the Block cartoon from the year prior)

There's a big difference between a bad cartoon and a failed cartoon. A bad cartoon is the result of a lack of care, creativity, merit, or built as a cash grab.
A failed cartoon fails out due to all sorts of circumstances that lead to cancelation. Not always being necessarily bad. And could even have been good enough to be remembered by die-hard fans.

one cartoon i cannot remember the name of to save my life was one where there was a group of oddball characters but one guy had a head and his helmet was kind of shaped like a bullet or missle and his head would come off and go flying around and knock over some enemies and then come back on his body. an old elemtary school friend drew a picture of them that i used to have. they were kind of like a knock off xmen or similar type of a team. i rember that bullet head guy and there was a girl and several others but that was one cartoon i only saw maybe 2 episodes of and i cant even remember if it was on fox, usa or cbs and i cant remember if it watched it on saturday before school or after.
