He plays mostly unmodded so 99% of the tactics and stuff you can do with the stock game. Now if you watched me and my 130 modded monstrosity, then no, you would not be able to 😢.
You can buy a cheap mouse and keyboard and plug it into your console. You then can play mouse and keyboard if that’s what you mean by no being able to do what he’s doing
I believe this episode was 17.5 - 1. So you've already achieved that. My biggest battle ever was 2360 - 89. That's 26.5 - 1. Episode 14 of "The Black Lion Campaign". I don't think you've seen it. Ironically it's one of my least viewed episodes. Nobody has even commented on it. So yeah Bro, you gotta top that at least. Then I'll have to try and top what you do, lol. Challenge mode activated...
@@HeadlessHorsemanProductions i play bannerlord all day long, 12000 hours and im finally getting around to using ranged weapons ahahah now that i think about it most of that time has been loading screens but i never tire of the awesome swordplay and thrill of big battle ahahah 🥂

You should look into a game called grand tactician civil war it's a really great strategy game with historically accurate commanders and regiments and divisions of the American civil war and knowing you're into history it would be right up your alley! I'd love to see you play a series on that
I've saved this to my 'futures list', afterall, even though I love Bannerlord at some point there will always be another game and perhaps it's something people here will enjoy... Thanks for the suggestion(I'm a huge student of the civil war!)
The trick is to set them up the same in every game. I have mine set different than he does, but mine are 1st infantry (shield, armor, tier), 2nd archers, 3rd cavalry, 4th horse archers, 5th infantry (heavy assault, polearms), 6th archers (shielded, crossbows),7th mixed cav (mostly companions), 8th skirmishers (mostly companions with 3 jav bags and speed banner). You then just play like that until you don’t even think about which number to press when giving commands even when giving multiple units commands I can, for instance, press CTRL, 3,4,7 and select all my mounted troops. It really just takes time, when I started watching Tactical enlightenment I was only running 4 now I’m up to all eight pretty easily.
Plenty of changes should probably be made. Less horse HP, MORE horse damage(AND knockdowns), better spears, etc. etc. No idea what TW is up to, except probably quite the massive update. Siege relief charges are coming....
I don’t think TW will update much if at all. They are milking the cow for all she got without paying to give her more hay. Thus it kinda falls on modders to fill in the gaps. I use Warbandlord to fix my damage settings to my own preferences. Also to fix weird stuff like chainmail being strong to pierce but weak to blunt when historically the way to defeat chainmail was to pierce it with things like bodkin arrows and daggers. It has adjustable sliders and you can tweak pretty much any value.

I was going to ask what can't you do? I do use RTS mod, as a necessary but most of the others aren't really even necessary IMO.

At times it waivers pretty bad, it's a hard skill to retain and plenty of playing time and a good mouse seems to be the key. But welcome aboard!
