Which one would you recommend for structural analysis and design of underground large size water storage reservoirs, say 200m x 100m x 10m deep.
What about the fact that the amount of reinforcement that comes out after designing in staad pro is much higher than actually required for the RCC structure

Economical point of means quantity of steel requirements in etabs is lesser as we go towards upper floors, but staad pro gives much quantity in steel reinforcements, so etabs is best for RCC always.

Do design a same model in staad & etabs then you will know which one is economical & then put your perception on yutube. If you are using staad for rcc frame structure design then you are running 10 years behind for your kind information.
Staad is a worst software for Rcc frame design as it is highly uneconomical & not user friendly.
