I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Delores when we visited back in December. This woman is the REAL deal and is now my go to person for property over there. Fabulous. I plan to stay in Ghana for 3 months and would need to rent accommodation in Ghana in a nice, quiet and safe area and will keep Delores in mind. I am interested in the airport district residential area, Osu, Accra, East Legon areas, etc. Good, reliable and consistent WiFi is key as I use the Internet at least 8 hours per day. 80k is the cheapest, Ghana sounds like the western world.
We are talking about investment in Accra. Ofcourse you can go outside of Accra but unless you are buying a beach property It’s unlikely to be a good investment (unless your building a whole compound).

Uhuru view 80k is still cheap compared to properties in other major cities in the world. I couldn’t afford to buy a shoebox in London.

Vanessa Why is it that you do not own the land in Ghana , it lease to you for 50/99 years with this you are not able to transfer weath to the next generation , because you do not really own the land and you are the next generation is subject to pay high cost when the lease is up because is value then at the present value , when you are the one improve the value of the land by improveing it /building on it.
Where are some of these properties located for entry investment of Eighty thousand USD?
Arbitrary amount, but it seems standard across Africa eh. Sounds like collusion. Build it for half that price and you don't need to pay all those fees. Be smart ppl. Stay away from condos and apartment buildings. It's a sucking octopus for your wealth. Then those expensive properties owners will have to reduce their prices. Nothing but exploitative capitalistic mindset
