For hunting no handguns, repeater weapons can hold at most 5 or 6 rounds (I don't remember that thorougly, I'm not a hunter) and semi automatics can hold at most 2 rounds (so double barreled shotguns and double barreled rifles). For sport rimfired weapons with threaded barrel with caliber up to 6mm, center fire weapons with threaded barrel with caliber up to 12mm, any smoothbore weapons and weapons feedable only with blackpowder. For training everything I've mentioned above. For historical reconstruction everything, but it mustn't be feedable with live ammo (that's why it can be automatic). For collecting and souvenir everything I mentioned above.
No, you don’t have to. All rifles like ARs, AKs, Vz... so on, are under B category so as soon as you get a B permit for self defence you can own pretty much anything. If you are a member of club (E type permit) and have carry permit (A type license for self defence) you can own more types of firearms. Also full autos are legal under getting governmental permit, But that is pretty much out of reach almost never issued.
@@melc311 Easiest way it´s a membership in sport shooting club. You also need a psychological and medical examination (nothing terrible if you are normal guy :) and clean crime record. Then you have to take a exam from laws, weapon manipulation and some first aid. If you pass the exam, you can buy any small arms, but only in semi auto. For example you can buy .50 cal Barrett or AR-15 in 5.56, with short barrel, 60 round drum mag, regular stock, optic device and fooking laser sight. Just suppresors are still banned here... Off course you can protect yourself with this guns, but you can carry only handguns (pistols, revolvers and some PCC)... Similar situation is in Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary. Greetings from Slovakia
Switzerland here, with a 2019 amendment to the gun legislature you can now buy a semi-automatic rifle that is longer than 60cm and can shoot at that length with a regular gun permit, as opposed to pre-2019 when you could buy an 8 inch AR with just a regular permit. now, if you want anything shorter than 60cm or want to use magazines greater than 10 rounds in a shoulder weapon or greater than 20 rounds in a handgun you need a special permit that costs the same and simply requires you to outline in a letter your reasoning for buying that weapon. there has always been a gun registry, and you have always been able to buy full-auto guns and suppressors with a special permit.
@@semi-useful5178 yes. you need to own at least 5 firearms to qualify as a collector, then you can use that as a justification for purchasing a machine gun. there are no guidelines as to what constitutes a collection that I'm aware of, so mine is literally "firearms that I find interesting and can shoot".

I’m Canadian so perhaps I can shed some light on this topic. The ban was made by using Order In Council, a method for the prime minister to bypass parliament in cases of a national emergency. This isn’t the first time the liberals have abused OIC for gun control purposes, and every time they’ve tried, they drop it before it goes to the Supreme Court because they know they’ll lose the case legally speaking. The ban will expire in May of 2022, and I doubt it can be renewed because the courts are tearing it to shreds because it has no leg to stand on.
@@wickedspartan4777 yes, the ban does expire. That doesn’t mean they can’t renew it, however that’s unlikely now because the case is being reviewed by the courts and it’s probably going to the Supreme Court. The libs will HAVE to drop it before that happens. As for the confiscation, I can’t find anywhere that says you have to give them up. As far as I know the people who already own those newly prohibited class firearms get to keep them, they just are treated now like the other prohibited class guns. Can’t take them anywhere without an ATT (authorization it transport)
Write lots of letters to Congress as they are the ones that can add new states. Make sure to use a different return address each time so they think there actually is wide spread support for it.
They're not even in the same class of firearms . The the dragunov is considered a sniper rifle the AR-10 is considered a battle rifle.. sure you can build it with a longer barrel and make it a precision sniper assault gun but they are still in different categories
Finland: Can own AR15s. We have to have a reason, either sports shooting or hunting, for buying a gun. And for hunting semi-autos seem to be a no no. But once you have gotten yourself a semi-auto (for sports), you can hunt with it.

We wish. The classification of firearm that the AR15 is, is classified as a 'restricted' weapon. You need to write a letter to the government to get approval for transfer, and you can only bring it to the Range and nowhere else. Even making a stop to eat, while transporting the rifle is considered illegal and your firearms license would be taking away if they caught you. The only guns that affected most firearm owners were the M14, some types of SKS's, the VZ58 and anything that shoots .50BMG. Those guns WERE non restricted. However, there is no gun registry for those gun and the government almost never knows you have them.

No, you don’t have to. All rifles like ARs, AKs, Vz... so on, are under B category so as soon as you get a B permit for self defence you can own pretty much anything.
If you are a member of club (E type permit) and have carry permit (A type license for self defence) you can own more types of firearms.

This isn’t the first time the liberals have abused OIC for gun control purposes, and every time they’ve tried, they drop it before it goes to the Supreme Court because they know they’ll lose the case legally speaking. 1. find insurance company who will insure you for some gigantic sum of money or be a member of a insured category D gun club (pretty much doesn’t exist)
2. provide proof that you earn a large portion of your income from a job which requires the use of semi auto firearms (give the government all of your invoices and also provide proof of future work)
3. Wait a vast amount of time and do a huge amount of paid mandatory training courses, background checks and paperwork to be most likely declined ownership
4. Congratulations if you were granted permission and insured you can now only remove your super overpriced Australian landed semi auto gun from it’s safe for use in activities which generate income👏👏
(5.) The police will now also randomly enter your house uninvited to make sure that your gun safe is “correctly” bolted to the floor
👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Australian criminal:
1. Find a black market arms supplier.
2. Don't worry about uninvited police checks.
I don't know what state you live in but almost none of that is true. Especially the random police checks, under section 19(2)c of the firearms act the police must contact you and arrange a mutually agreed time to come and inspect the safe.

@@TheZac1994 so they let you choose when your property is to be violated. That's like choosing which foot they get to shoot.
"this proves I could be bought pretty easily"
*Gets an offer for an AR sponsorship
*gets an offer for a "just as good" AR15*
In Poland we can own AR 15, AK and other assault rifles.
JANKOS best country in Europe
*Rifles
Just in case Germany declares war on Covid-19 and invades Poland “accidentally “
Make sure you keep it that way.
Right to bear arms in czech republic
if I owned a company I'd sponsor every gun meme review
Very sad for me here in Canada, THE BOOG IS NEAR
Canada's gonna have a spike in uh... Boating accidents
That was my first thought when I heard the announcement lol a spike in cheap aluminum boats and boating accidents 🤣
how a spike in lynchings and hangings, that'd be neat and would yknow, actually solve the issue?
Doc_Hawk I’m guessing this is a joke for legal reasons
@@MordecaiHat454 SKS are still unrestricted iirc
Brandon: if you can own an AR15 outside the US let me know
Shady guy in the back yelling: SWITZERLAND!
Definitely a Planes Trains and Automobiles reference. Awesome as hell.
So, you know the 5.56 minigun shown off at shotshow 2019? Let's just make one in .22LR and use it to fight the murderhornets.
.22 lr shotshells lol
Lol
Chase Chlarson Cough American 180 cough
Just make shotgun shells that fire very very fine pellets the size of grains of dust that would definitely destroy one
Remember when Paul Harrell shot and killed a hornet with a black powder shotgun full of rock salt ?
i’ve been protesting at the parliament for a few days now and we are planning to have a big protest on July 1at the parliament
Idk, if I should be sharing this, But today I was tasked on finishing the last half of my delayed college math assignments, It was a grueling 12 hour sit through going through 150 sets of questions and whatnot, But I have to say If it wasn't for this channel I don't think I would have kept my sanity. Doing the ordeal I just sat and had a binge list of none other than the AK-Guy himself and I nearly broke at times, but the fun voices and jokes kept me pushing, Thanks Brandon.
May 1st, 2020, is a day that shall forever live in infamy.
It expires in May of 2022. And that’s if the liberals don’t drop the case before it reaches the Supreme Court.
America: wow the Canadians just gave up let's try that here....what's that
Boog Bois: GIVE ME FUEL GIVE ME FIRE GIVE ME THAT WITCH I DISERE!!!
Ar15 is the only registered gun on that list unless you have a under 18" model green arms or vz58
Jordan not true, due to how they’ve got it all laid out it’s AR-15 pattern rifles, several pistol carbines, mini-14, SG500 & 551, Yugoslavian pattern SKS rifles and any firearm with a bore diameter greater than 20mm which means that most models of ten and twelve gauge shotguns are also illegal now
@@dakkadakka9189 you are incorrect several 9mm carbines and 308 semi auto rifles were banned like the Robinson xcr
@@Hawkulous I haven't seen any restricted Robinson arms at all here most are the 18.6" barrel and vast majority of scorpions and cx4s I see also have the 18.7" barrel so yes the guys who have the carbine versions will be a little fucked unless this gets reversed but vast majority can play dumb and just say they don't have one and not turn anything in
Oooo yeahh haaa
Reporting live from Canada, let me tell you we’re tempted to boog
7Firefly7 unfortunately no one is actually doing it
No one is ever gonna do it. Just bitch and whine and suck boot
Do it. Don't make me get the stick
Hooooo just fucking do it.... When 90% of the raids to collect guns end in a shootout they will get the point and suddenly the cops will find that dialoge it's much much better than violence.
In Lithuania you can own all semi auto rifles (ak's ar's etc.) if you're a part of either the hunters association or a shooting sports club
Same in South Africa
Anro Beukes in Estonia you can own fully automatic weapons if you get a license from the police
Same in france
@@matthewmorel3758 Pretty sure that you can own a full auto only if you are a part of Kaitseliit
It's literally these kind of companies that sponsor these ordeals that usually catches my attention.
