The Supreme Court has already ruled on this. Federal government is not allowed to ban ammunition. Unless you can prove that Biden made these sanctions with the main intent of prohibiting access to ammo not much we can do about it.

Just applying for the ammo permit is 20k a pop, however since he passed all the checks for machine gun manufacturing he probably would pass, but THEN he would need to spend millions of dollars to make the machines to produce it and THEN also buy all the materials and get employees
I know the pain I have an Eddystone M1917 Enfield that I bought last year and I refuse to pay $2.00 per round for M2 Ball just to proof the damn gun (even though it has a CMP certificate). I am sitting on the luxury of a single box of 20 30-06 rounds.... I really really miss range time.

ATF will not have good luck tracking down past purchasers. When I inquired about purchase they advised they were selling at gun shows. Cash purchases only.
From what I heard, Rare Breed set themselves up to fight the ATF. They spoke with an attorney on legality, they created a separate business entity to produce the FRT trigger and thus take liability and some other things I didn’t follow. I’m invigorated to watch them fight back. I think they’re really taking a stand for the second amendment, not just their own livelihood.
It’s too late. People need to just gather from all sides and fight them. There needs to be a “formulation” of just complete mutiny on all sides fighting back by all means...
@@NVArt001 I don't know about that. The first is definitely being suppressed and controlled on a wide scale. The third has actually been suspended for the past 20ish years. (Is it actually applicable now? It's been so long I'm not even sure.) The fourth has been torn to shreds and is violated as a matter of routine. The fifth? It's pretty apparent to most people paying attention that the criminal justice system is just broken in a number of ways. I don't think that even a single informed rational person believes that trials in this country are even remotely speedy so there goes number six. The other kicker is that this ban on ammo sales will also hurt the country ecologically as well as economically. If you weren't aware: guns, ammo, and various forms of hunting paraphenalia have a small excise tax on them. This money, under the provision of the Pittman-Robertson Act, is meant to go directly to the various state game and wildlife programs to provide them with a large amount of their funding to manage and conserve game, game habitat, and anything else they can justify under that broad umbrella.
me having that feeling of not being able to shoot my ammo in fear of literally not ever seeing it again only makes me feel like i am saving it for something and that is not a great feeling either. my biggest fear now is history repeating itself right before my eyes.
I've been afraid of having to save mine because of history repeating itself in front of my eyes for about 2 years now. If it happens, I'd prefer it to be before my daughter gets much older. I'd rather this be my history made, than her making it herself.

And it sucks the steel cased rounds will be hard to get. I've been hearing that there are ways to circumvent this ban. The most common response is the way China got around the honey ordeal. If that's the case, we may be good. I only hope these theories are good.

The ATF technically isn't even allowed to change definitions or create new laws. It's purpose is to simply make sure that already existing laws are followed, kind of like police. But, hey. Since when did the ATF care about rules that limit what they can do?

@@BR-qg5jd The steel used for steel casings is mild steel which is much softer than the extractor on an AR. I have fired thousands if steel cased rounds through my ARs and the only problem I've ever had was one stuck case from a lacquer coated case. And that was after a few mag dumps in a row so the chamber was very hot.

I spent the next 2 weeks shopping around for brass ammo. No one had any, but everyone had cheap steel. I PASSED ON IT ALL LIKE A MORON!!!! I'm kicking myself rn

More and more companies need to stand up to the ATF in the way Rare Breed has done. The ATF needs to be put in check, and legal challenges to their "interpretations" will go a long way in doing so.

Side note, some good news. Apparently, at least this is what I’ve heard from multiple gun shops around my area of Missouri. Apparently Tula is looking to start building a plant here in Missouri sometime next year, so good news maybe? I’ve done some digging and it’s still tentative at best, but maybe that’s how they’re looking to get around these new sanctions.

Good luck getting an FFL or any other license right now. And if your paperwork isn't perfect they might just yank your existing permits and screw you over. Steel is harder than brass. The ar extractor isnt as powerful as ak extractor. Thus it fails to extract usually

I have fired thousands if steel cased rounds through my ARs and the only problem I've ever had was one stuck case from a lacquer coated case. And that was after a few mag dumps in a row so the chamber was very hot.

More and more companies need to stand up to the ATF in the way Rare Breed has done. The ATF needs to be put in check, and legal challenges to their "interpretations" will go a long way in doing so.
And they need to put the call out if the ATF starts to strong arm them so a bunch of "fishing pole" owners can show up with their " fishing poles" and keep them at bay
If you want the ATF to lose a LOT of their power, Getting rid of Chevron deference is a good start.
