Evelyn didn't go back to clouds for her own protection. V can allude to this with Johnny in the elevator ride up. "If she wanted to get protection from Arasaka, she could've done better"(referring to the fact the establishment she returned to has management with direct ties to Saka). She went back to Clouds specifically to protect Judy, she knew she would be caught up with and attacked, so she pulled herself as far away from the one person she couldn't see hurt. Even the suicide may have had more behind it than just the trauma, keep in mind if the scavs, the VDB, Arasaka or anyone else she's on the shit list of find out she's still alive they'll not only bring her back into custody but make sure Judy suffers too.

I always thought the conversation V has with Johnny inside the elevator was leaning towards "Oh she went back here, not knowing that Arasaka could get to here too".
But you have a point. When Judy helped Evelyn with the BD, Evelyn did promise that nothing would come back to here. So perhaps this was Evelyn's way of keeping that promise by going to hide inside Clouds.

I'm not sure if it was Arasaka Evelyn was necessarily worried about the most. She must've realised that after the failed heist, the VDBs would understand she betrayed them and would be out to get revenge. I guess she just underestimated them (again) by thinking their netrunners wouldn't get to her inside Clouds. Really, I think her biggest issue was underestimating everyone around her or overestimating herself. She should've left the city right when the heist went wrong.

@@123Suffering456 Arasaka and Tygers working together is an open secret on the streets. Evelyn is a very smart girl with her ear to the ground. She knew the walls were closing in and when it happened she didn't want Judy stuck there with her.

I played *Detroit: Become Human* when it was published on Steam. It’s a top-notch game were how you play determines the outcome(s). So, I recommend the game 💯

Yeah, these two things have a similar feel. Every once in a while I’m in a night city building that feels like Observer: System Redux. And there’s a part of a Phantom Liberty quest that feels a little like Alien Isolation as well. I do like the variations of game play.

You might want to rename the title to something about exploring the similarities between the games. I'm no youtuber so I can't actually suggest a good title lol
But as a viewer I can say it doesn't match the video too well
The actual video is just about exploring a few similarities from the games, but the title makes it sound like it's about pointing out CDPR plagiarism etc

Oh, I see. Thank you for the feedback!
That's not the vibe I was going for. Renaming the video now so it matches the contents. Hope you don't mind me using your suggestion on the title

Kind of eerie seeing a date that was last month in a "futuristic" sci-fi work... I really should play Detroit: Become Human, it's been sitting in my steam library for too long

Why does so much come back to some version of people wanting, people feeling that their society needs slaves.

It's a sad thing about human history. But honestly I don't think the people in Detroit: Become Human even considered Androids to be "alive".
I think they saw them like a robot from Boston Dynamics or Tesla. More of a tool. When the robots start advocating for their freedom, if they do it correctly humans let the be free.
