I had one that lasted over 10 years and the power switch started messing up . I replaced it with an identical unit and I expect it to be just as good. I have never had a single issue until the switch. I am easy on my tools and I never loan them out. I have loaned out tools twice and both times were big mistakes, loaned my lawn mower that I had for years, to a neighbor and he adjusted the carburetor and the thing never ran right again. I let my neighbor borrow my welder that I had used for years with no problem but after two days he totally destroyed it. People who borrow tools are bad news, because most just don’t give a damn about them.
Some friendly advise: its great that you are starting your own company. Understood you are just starting out but you are eventually going to need professional equipment rather than light-duty designed for homeowner use. Sometimes its worth it to get a business line of credit to purchase at least the basic tools you will need. Points to remember: 1. bookkeeper to categorize expenses and income and an 2. accountant to do your taxes 3. business checking account to use exclusively for business income and expenses 4. do not co-mingle business finances with personal to avoid the financial nightmare of disentangling business expenses from personal expenses 5. keep good records; most of your business expenses should be tax deductible 6. have a lawyer set the business up as an LLC so that the business is a separate entity than you 7. either your LLC or you will have to pay estimated taxes on a quarterly basis… So it’s very important to set aside the proper amount of any income into a separate account as the income comes in in order have enough to pay those taxes…if you don’t you will have to pay it all in one lump sum by April 15th and you will be penalized for not paying the estimated quarterly taxes. and if you haven’t set it aside and you don’t have it then you will owe it to the IRS with interest and penalties and if you don’t pay it properly eventually a lien on your assets. The IRS can actually take the money out of your account without permission. so just be sure to pay your taxes on time.
That looks like its mulching the leaves pretty good. All that mulched leaves would be great for flower gardens and plants. There are lots of nutrients in those leaves.
I've had 4 of these, 3 would not work out of the box, the 4th one worked until I attached the vacuum tube, then it won't start! can anyone help me with this??
Brand new one of these, got home and put it together, plugged it in. Nothing. I'm so p.o.'d right now lol. This is my 2nd leaf blower/vac. The other I bought at Harbor Freight. Patrick brand on sale for $39.99. YEP paid for that. 2nd use and blew holes all thru the leaf bag. Tiny tiny stick. Never buy that brand. The unit is great, the bag sux. I thought for the money at the time, if it lasted one season. I was fine with that. It didn't even get past the first use.
I agree I agree why all the cussing and the f word and all that just kind of trashy you should put that language in that pile of leaves and throw it out
Thanks for the feedback. Sometimes us Bostonians don't realize when we're even cursing. We'll keep in mind for the next videos, we didn't expect this one to get as many views as it did. Thanks for viewing/commenting :)
I’ve had three of them in two years, none would run right out of the box!
Thank you ! I literally used your video to assemble mine .

I have this exact machine and it’s not worth the money don’t have a pile of leafs like that but the tube gets clogged. Good luck
How in the hell did you clog it?
I have the exact same machine and it shocks your hand and it’s very dangerous
Same here! I plugged it in for the first time this morning and gave me a damn good jolt.
