I’m looking for an affordable electric blower vac, so I’m looking to buying this one later this fall, I got a ton of leaves in the fall especially in my big back lawn and back patio walkway towards my basement door, raking is a pain, so I’m hoping this blower will get the job done, thx man for the demo, appreciate it.
We have spent entire day trying to figure out how to attach the mulcher part bc it wouldn't click you saying you needed a screwdriver SAVED THE DAY!!! Its now working thank you so much for your time we appreciate you
It helped me getting started by using a screwdriver to unlock the fan protector ( it was not intuitive from the drawing on the machine). Info on mulching is also very helpful!
Great review. I have a Worx leaf blower/mulcher which I have worn out. I like the configuration of the bag on this Black and Decker. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for this video I was really stumped with how to remove that fan cover. The instructions just said to remove it with a screw driver or hex wrench but never said to press down on anything and I was afraid to pry it off and break something.!
Have had mine for about 3 years. Like you said for dry leaves its perfect. A little damp, forget about it. Clogs in the impeller area often. Have to stop, take it the cover off (unplug first) use a screwdriver to get the leaves unstuck and do it again. The entry at the impeller area is way to small. Twigs, pine needles, damp leaves clog it easily. The part where the bag connects to the blower doesn't unsnap on mine easily. There is no cord holder on this machine. you have to tie them together like what you did to make sure it doesn't disconnect when you stretch the extension cord a little. Have had switch problems on mine also. When it works it works great. Bag holds a lot of mulched leaves. I'm getting a Worx Tri Vac next. I think it has better features. I complained to B&D when I first got it. I thought the quality and features were poor. I was right and DO Not recommend this for anything more than light uses. I should have returned it.
It’s hard to say without looking but I’d say make sure no dirt and debris and on the parts sliding together and make sure your putting it on evenly. Some at home remedy you can try is lubing it a little so it will slide on it maybe there was a manufacturer error and you’ll have to trim down the thickness. Like I said I’m not to sure since it’s hard to see
Once things die down from the craziness this hurricane caused and I get some power that will be a great video idea. Also in my opinion it does not mulch very fine cut but it is small enough to use in a garden bed for soil feeding

@@cosmiccoconut2608 no. I'm just putting duct tape on my Worx to keep it limping along.
Awesome!!! Totally with you on pine needles !!! Thank you!! you made it sooo easy!
As a blower works great, plenty of power.
Mulcher however only works on smaller leaves that are totally dry. Does not mulch sticks, or wet leaves.
That wiggle room is there brand new, Bro! Just purchased/got mine the other day ..thanks for the review+assembly.. This is awesome! ✊🏿🙏🏿
Thanks, well done. Attaching mulcher was my problem. You covered that clearly.
I’m so glad it helped!!!
My off/on switch was stuck. Thanks to you it's fixed.

Thanks for the explanation… I was able to figure it out
Thank you for your video. If you don't mind me asking what kind of extension cord did you use? Thanks
Unsure of the brand name but it was your typical long orange heavy duty extension cord
Thank you I couldn't figure out how to get the fan off
Van Halen style music,.... is very nice !!!
Ty for the help.
THANK YOU FOR BEING REAL!
Bag ripped the first time I used it. Has been sitting in a storage shed for 2-3 years. 😢
What happens with stones? I live in Arizona and we have sand and gravel. Dies it suck up your acorns?
Thank you
you wander why the hose would not be in the top of the bag with the hose over your shoulder
Yeah I own it too
Hey artillery great Info that’s the one I’m looking for just wondering if you had the model number I didn’t see it on your comments
Great help. Thank you
Is this the black and decker model # BV2500?
Thanks for you time
Thanks for your video 👍
How's the black and decker holding so far.....any issues?
Joe , only the ones I pointed out in the video. Other than that it’s still working Fine
@@artillerylife thanks.
@@artillerylife is the black decker a 2 or 3 pronged when plugged into an electrical socket? Thanks.
Hey nice blower
Hello do you think this can work with big leaves? I mesn leaves that are the size of your face
Honestly never tried, I don’t think it will if the leaves are that big
I'm really struggling with how to connect the plastic tubes of the mulcher, they get stuck before "clicking" one on the other. Do you have any tip?
