Thanks for the thorough description of the real challenges of taking notes in the real world. Long time since i was a student but the same issues exist on complex meetings and keeping up with a speaker to understand points. New to the ipad and pencil but this has certainly helped my workflow. Lots of videos on notetaking on YT but not many explaining the practical issues like you have.
@@TEMSInfluence the moment u highlight the ipad pro could record voice then no second thoughts on buying the pro, i was looking to buy remarkable 2 for its real notebook feel , head off to buy then with so many expensive add ons that is useless , i stumbled upon ur videos and here i am just bought myself a new ipad thanks darling for the very big help
Thank you for the video! Very detailed and will try out Notability. I just bought an iPad Pro for uni, second year chem engg student at university of Queensland :) Also subbed her and followed on insta. Keen to watch more videos
Do you think I should get an iPad over a laptop if I have a gaming PC that can handle engineering software? If worse comes to worse I could always use the campus PC's so would you prefer an iPad or a laptop in my situation?
Yes - laptop definitely trumps iPad, especially because of the software you’ll need to use if you don’t have a uni computer hub close to you. An iPad is just very nice to have
I hope Ipad replaces Macbook just joking at least give us a finder, a real app, and real browser extensions support with the download time. Well maybe to only the M1 but that would be very unfair to all the other Pro
Does It Easy to take notes rapidly during a lesson or a meeting? I'm thinking to purchase an iPad for work, Just for not having lots of sheets that i don't find when i need to. Thanks good video.
Yes it’s super easy, I write faster on my iPad than on paper more often than not and yes it’s perfecttt for filing and searching for docs. I don’t actually use paper anymore
Hi, I’ve got a question I wanna purchase an iPad Pro ready for uni but wanted to ask if ur iPad has a SIM card inserted in it or it’s just connected with ur phone and MacBook?

Thank you so much for the feedback!! I hope you enjoy your digital note-taking experience 😊
Going back to school in the fall for mechanical engineering, thanks for info! This video was really great!!
I’m so glad it helped !
It's the music for me! Vibessss
Same 😂
Nice guide provided , thanks for making this video. Hope it helps others. Good luck !

How most of the students at ur university take notes?
*(Love this)

13 inch Mac? Sony’s Mobile Projector MP-CD1 (a hand held projector) might be a good suggestion.

I think an iPad in your situation
@AUTUMNVIBES Haven't looked at surface pros, but they do seem quite good. I was pretty set on an Apple device so didn't do much research on them
Nice
how about unisim or hysys?
Would you recommend an iPad over a laptop for chem engineering? My biggest problem with it is that I may need a laptop for some softwares.
Yes - laptop definitely trumps iPad, especially because of the software you’ll need to use if you don’t have a uni computer hub close to you. An iPad is just very nice to have

Haha, I do agree that they could add some more laptop features! It doesn’t even have a dedicated calculator app 😭

Where is your phone charger from? I've been looking for one that charges my AirPods & phone.
It’s from Satechi! Here’s the link: satechi.net/products/aluminum-2-in-1-magnetic-wireless-charging-stand?variant=33643715592280
Which one are you using 12.9 or 11?
11 inch
Where did you get your ipad case?
Amazon :)
You can find the link in the description of my iPad unboxing video

It doesn’t have a SIM card :)
Omg I'm the first comment. Super useful tips as well!
Glad it helped :)
I like your accent! :)
Thank you :)
Love seeing another black girl in engineering and finance great video
Thank you!
