My wife and I are flying into grand junction next month from Southern California. Visiting some friends who moved from Orange County to Montrose about a year ago. We’re looking to make the move to Colorado ourselves in the next year. Can’t wait to check out your state. Looks awesome.
Currently looking at different communities in Colorado that I will be moving to in the next couple of years. GJ is high on the short list. Thanks for the video, this will help me sell my wife on the idea. Coming from Raleigh, NC
Used to lived in Jct. would love to live there again but no way can afford it today alone. Big mistake to have left it kinda. It’s beautiful raised my children there and have good memories from there.❤️
Good list! Unfortunately, one of the staff told us Texas Roadhouse would probably be a move, rather than an additional location. Bummer, because we think the community would definitely support both locations.
Technically we have the Pioneer League Grand Junction Rockies. Up until a couple of years ago they were the Colorado Rockies short season rookie level farm team. Since MLB cut a lot of farm level teams they are now independent.

Can I find decent housing with my salary around 75K? The area look's beautiful, just worried I WON'T be able to find a nice neighborhood at my salary.
Best thing to do is get with a Lender and get Pre-Approved.
