Rand McNally's GPS are horrible. Garmin makes the best GPS for Truck Drivers hands down. I just bought the new OTR 700 that Garmin put out and it's just easy to use. I connect it to my phone and get live traffic updates and the voice command on it is awesome. Its a little different then last years model instead of saying voice command then the address you say OK Garmin it works perfect
You can save your modified a route! After you do your changes hit go. Then back out and go into trip planner and save your current trip. Next time just go into trip planner and choose saved trips and your good to go. Also if you get an otg cable you can use a wired or wireless mouse and keyboard or just a mouse if you want. I like using a mouse just easier.
The 560 is a lot better it allows you to navigate to any screen alot faster than any of the big screen Garmins unfortunately Garmin discontinued the 560 and forced everyone to get into the 780.
I bought the Garmin DZL 785 that has the dashcam included unfortunately didn't work 4 me so I returned it, the reason is that I have an old truck that has the suspension too stiff so on regular potholes on the road the gps moved out of position and the dashcam image looked wobbly funny that they are the same size (old and new) but the new one is considerably heavier and has a shorter size suction cup that made a big difference on my truck and just couldn't keep it straight, don't get me wrong is a great gps that has lots of great features that my old one doesn't have but unfortunately it wasn't meant for my truck.

Having trouble updating map software upgrade fine map keeps failing upgrade every time I put in a location to go to the GPS tells me it can't find it
How do you get it to show mile posts and cities as you travel through?

Garmin smart phone link. Worked better than it does today. But still works on Android 11.
Garmin is the worst gps ever for truckers, DO NOT BUY unless you want to get lost and drive in circles
