I have a question for you maybe you can answer regarding multiple nationalities. The other vlogger I asked this question to didn’t know the answer and maybe you do. Here is a scenario:
A Filipino becomes naturalized as a Canadian citizen and loses Philippine citizenship
Same guy re-applies for Philippine citizenship and re-acquires it.
Same guy moves to the states and eventually becomes a naturalized US citizen.
I know for a fact that he retains his Canadian citizenship as well…
The question is: Does he lose his Philippine citizenship again for the second time and has to re- acquire it AGAIN!?
Ako po ay isang green card holder, or permanent residence dto sa US, ilang buwan po ba ang pinakasafe na bakasyon, kung six months ok lng po ba pero dapat hindi lalagpas ng six months, safe po ba kung 5 months lng at pwede pi bng magbyahe ng twice a year , US to Philippines.
You just need to make sure that you come back to US within the year. Otherwise US government will deem it that you abandoned your permanent residency.

Kailangan mong malaman kung anong preference ang petition mo. If you are unmarried and below 18 years of age you will be under first preference, if you are 18 and above years old you will be under second preference. You can check your preferential status in any US Embassy diyan sa atin at malalaman mo ang dates na kanilang pina-process. Also iyung preferential petition mo depends if your petitioner is a US citizen or not. Hope this helps a bit.

It doesn’t matter if you’re not dual citizen, if you are earning income in the Philippines and you are a green card holder you will pay tax on both countries.

I have a green card which will expire this Oct. What if I want to travel to the US in the future as a tourist. Can I apply for a tourist visa.
The card expiring does not automatically cancel your permanent resident status. If you have not been absent too long from the U.S., return to the U.S. before the card expires (if possible) and renew it there before leaving again. If you have been away too long and have lost your permanent resident status, yes, you can always apply for a tourist visa anytime.
Why do you want your green card to expire then go back to US as a tourist? Doesn’t make sense. Better renew your green card and you will not have any regrets.
Can my daughter go back to the philippines to continue her studies ? She will graduate in 2 years.
I believe she can and she needs to tell the embassy why she’s going back and staying for two years.
Hi po. Tanong ko lang po mga requirements papunta sa amerika kung my tourist visa po. Mg tatravel kasi ang mama ko for the first time pero siya lang po mag isa. Kaya gusto ko po malaman ang mg requirements ahead of time.
1. She must have a return ticket. 2. Passport must be 6 months or more from expiration. 3. Must have enough funds to support her travel in the US. Or a sponsor who will take care of her expenses while in the US.
She also be ask where she will be staying and if she has any relatives and where she will be going. She might be ask about her itinerary.

First you need to change your passport to your current status as married then get your ticket under your new status para walang problema.
Kaka booked ko lng ticket ko ginamit ko is yung Philippine passport name ko at dadalhin ko yung marriage certificate to show sa immigration officer dito sa us pgbalik

To apply for America citizenship is 5 years unless you are American military it will take 2 or 3 years

Some people take advantage of periods of unemployment (hence no job ties) to spend more time back home, and if they are single there may be no family ties. An absence of less than 180 days total in the preceding 12 months won't require proof of anything, just the green card and passport.

2. As a Philosophy/liberal arts major, do I have the chance to be employed or sponsored by schools in the US if I plan to teach? If so, what kind of visa should I apply for?
3. If I become a teacher in the US, are there procedures that can help me obtain green card successfully?
4. Is it still difficult for Filipinos to obtain green card and be US citizens?

1. Yes, your bachelor’s degree will be accepted. Bring your original transcript of records from your school. There are credential agencies in the US who can evaluate your education.
2. Yes, you can teach in the US after getting your education evaluated.
3. Find an agency that can help you get a J1 visa if you want to be employed as a teacher.
4. It’s not that difficult once you get your J1 visa. But still, you must follow several procedures before obtaining a green card.
