I just to want a say I was in Energyladnia(Zator) and Legendia(Chorzów/Katowice). I was on Lech coster and every costers in Energylandia (include Formuła, Hyperion, Zadra). I want to tell the Lech is a coster type/sort "oldscool coster" you feel all time hard shock waves, weightlessness, tossing. You feel, the gravity have not power here :D That really suprise me, becouse i can tell all of costers in Energylandia have pleasant sensations of driving, but Lech is other park. Now i think the Abyssus will be excacly first oldscool coster with every hard shock waves, becouse make this, this same company.
If Abyssus is a success, the other parks in the US will most likely notice it because Energylandia is on their level of competition, unlike Tripsdrill or Legendia
I hope you’re right because Abyssus could be a wake up call for larger parks around the world. Also because of the pandemic, parks will probably want to go for cheaper coasters and Vekoma is a great option.
They have a long way to go before they before they rival B and M and intamin that’s if they even do. That SLC had to be the most cloned coaster in history along with there boomerang model. I wanna see them come up with a hyper or giga model because they have yet to build anything over 200 feet witch is really weird to me as long as they have been around.
808CoasterLife That is true but like B&M it took them years to get over 300 feet witch just happened with Leviathan as the same with Vekoma. They need to start pushing their hyper model a bit more.
Unfortunately it was very recently announced that Abyssus and Aqualantis will be delayed until 2021. Energylandia still has Zadra and Hyperion. Hopefully those will satisfy you when you visit there.
No problem. This year is very hard for theme parks anyways so I honestly wasn’t too surprised to see that announcement. It takes a lot of time to make an area like Aqualantis!
I am waiting for a mine train what is alredy under construction and for a tilt coaster 2.0. Luckly I am living only 30 minutest from the park, so i can be there every weekend

Me too, I would like a little more variety in the U.S. instead of B&Ms, S&Ss, and RMCs. (I know there’s others I just listed the most popular)

I agree Lech Coaster feels more traditional compared to most new coasters these days, which isn’t a bad thing at all!
Awesome video! Abyssus looks so incredible and I am happy that the batwing is making a comeback! Let’s hope the trims don’t kill the ride too much.

Thanks! The Top Gun, Shockwave, and Super Shockwave have existing versions but aren't open yet, the rest all have at least one coaster that exists.

They did release a hyper concept for Energylandia but they decided to go with Intamin instead, but I would like to see a Vekoma hyper built!

I’ve seen that and yes, luckily it isn’t as bad as Wrath of Zeus (the firestorm). Hopefully it’ll speed up a little once it opens!

Abyssus isn’t open but from what I remembered, the layout is complete. They just have to build the theming and test the ride.

I've ridden Lech Coaster and Formula and i can say that the new Vekoma restraints are very comfortable.
