Good to see your little boy there with you doing his own cardio interval sprints.

Brother, I appreciate what you do and your approach is simple and straight forward.😊
I'm also into martial arts which are Arnis or Eskrima or Kali in the US. And I applied your concept of training to mine and it's amazing how it levels up my game.
      Thank you brother 🙏

I love the idea of showing your son the work you’re putting in. What a great example. Your son will probably always be into fitness.

The way you do shadowboxing needs a lot of endurance. I know, because i do it almost every day for 10 min for now an it destroys me every time. But i am getting better and thats the reason to push through every single time.
Thank you for you Videos. They really Motivate

Your videos are really inspiring, man! You seem really consistent and have a nice fluid feeling to the way you move but most of all you just seem like a real person (which is not easy to come by). I appreciate what you do.

That's really cool that your training with your son. My dad was too busy holding down a job, but he was an extremely loving person. I would've loved to have him do something like with me.

ok Chez moves are very slik and impressive here, but lets point out the many sprints the little dude did... he was totally being savage in his own way.

I really like the way you execute your movements. I wanted to know if you have a step by step of how to begin to move like that or should I just watch and try to emulate you while watching? I find it hard to watch and move at the same time at the speed you are going. Any tips would help me a lot. Thanks in advance and keep up the great content. You are an inspiration.

    Hay brother, Darwin(n.t) Australia..
Im older an worn out... Love your vibe cuz. Can you put me on an exceptional skipping workout. I'm semi beginning with a beat and can't seem to get any rise off where I'm at.
    Skipping 3 X 2 mins @ 2 daily mandatory
    Every day
    Morning run - 2km
    Shadow 10min
    Heavy bag 10min
100 push ups in 25 sets with walk/stretch inbetween.
    I'm stagnant.
Need a "lid opener" to push me forward.
    Thank you brother.
    Kind regards Robert Davis.

      @CHEZCANTERE  9 місяців тому

This is a great routine to start off with. It really depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. If it’s getting better at the rope, I’d take out the pushups and do 10-20 mins on the rope. You can broke that down into rounds if need be.

    • @CHEZCANTERE

it can but you gotta add some sparring in there to give you feedback. sometimes too much solo training can create bad habits and forget how to handle pressure from a game opponent
