Is it true that for the real estate investor visa you also (in addition to the investment) have to live in Colombia the majority of the year for at least 5 years in order to qualify for permanent residency?
In order to qualify for a residence visa, you must accumulate 5 continuous years as a holder of the M- Real Estate Investor visa. For the Migrant visa, you can't be outside the country for more than 6 months, and you must be present for some days within to maintain your Migrant visa.
Salaries in Colombia are set on a monthly basis; nevertheless, it is common for the payment itself to be made on a bi-monthly basis, which we refer to as "La quincena" in Spanish.
