Hi. First thing first I want to thank you for making such an informative video. I have three questions . Question number 1- My wife will be eligible soon but I doubt she will receive her permanent green card by then. She did her formalities for biometric fingerprinting for permanent green on the right time but they say she may have to wait 1 year or so to get this permanent p green card. So can she apply using the conditional green card which expired last year even thou USCIS gave her a letter which states she can work and travel with that later up to 48 months. Question no 2- Do she need to take her biometrics finger print again? She already did her biometric finger print 5 months ago for her permanent green card. So do she have to do it again ? Question no 3- After filling the application, what is the tentative time period that they will invite my wife for her passport interview? Can she choose her date for passport interview as she want to travel more than a month and 15 days after a month later she apply for her passport.
Ksenyia, I don’t know if you changed your maiden name to your new married name with USCIS, but if so, when did you do that? I know during the naturalization interview they ask if you’d like to change it, but can you do it when filing for a family-based green card? And thank you for making these videos!! They’re very helpful! All the best wishes to you!

Has your current spouse been married previously, marriages to the same person? The answer should be Yes because that includes you, you are the same person so when you print out the form, it will show 1 not 0 (times youve been married)
