Very complex situation explained nicely. Should have included how to achieve desirable superheat, and which one controls the superheat. Hope have more videos like this.
sir the is video is total knowledge oriented and one more things the animation you made is also very innovative specially the guy who opens the door and peep and suddenly shut it seeing the ceo he must be a Junior Engineer.
Dear sir, i am a big fan and kind of regular viewer of your tutorial vidoes... i would say , you method of teaching and projection is tremendous and extemely helpful for us. kindly requesting you to make a explanation video on FRAMO cricuit diagram. i am struggling for it ... . thank you
understand your difficulty. To get control of Framo fundamentals there is a lot of ground to be covered in Basic Hydarulics. Try attending one of the hydraulics workshops I have started for Open market. Details at www.rmetc.co.in
🎉 sir in reefer charging we have heat exchanger in suction of reefer compressor and evaporate outlet so how we can use the suction gauge for the refrigerant level using that suction pressure and temp
Great video sir! This actually arises another doubt for me. Onboard the ship, do we have any nitrile rubber insulations surrounding the pipes? If it were present would this problem actually occur?
Thanks..actually onboarding we used to have the thick glass wool type...maybe now we have other types due to health hazard. But as long as we have proper insulation..we cannot see this.but invariably the suction valve insulation is torn off or damaged and then you can see.again ot depends. If the surface temp is +1 we have condensation and if it is -1..we have frosting That is not the point.what we are discussing here is that ..if you are frosting. It is not necessary that liq is returning. My reasoning.also written on many articles
@@rmetcvideos yes sir i understood the point you are trying to say here, it was just something which came up in my mind!Thank you for videos sir! The animations and explanations have been great to understand! Looking forward to more of your videos! 😊
Deck cranes are quite complicated and there are many many types of cranes. None of themn are similar from hydraulic point of view.Even the working principle and concepts vary.Having said that I had some course content on Deck Cranes for Merchant Navy Decoded courses.merchantnavydecoded.com/learn/Introduction-to-Ships-Cranes . You can check it out here if youn may like. Quite a lot of info over there dealing with the topic in a generic manner
Thank a lot SIR, my conclusion is , it is OK' icing on the suction line of refer system ( if good insulation and compressor is running there may be no ice) But it is NOT OK icing on the suction line or on the evaporator of Air con system because temperature of refrigerant in the suction line is above the freezing point of water in the air. is it correct ? SIR.... thank you
Thanks Sir. İt was excellent and very kind from you. But maybe I missed, i need a solution now, have can I prevent the condensing (freeze) on suction pipe? Please let me know .thank you
great video sir , but now i am confused . according this there could be ice on suction line , even if the liquid is not returning because gas which is returning is also at -20 degree.. but on my ship icing never happened so is that mean that returning gas was having positive temperature. so suction pressure be above 4.5 bar accoring to chart which is also not true as per the gauge i had.. sir this may be a silly doubt but please help me..
Icing is not a must.. It is very complicated. The gas still will be in minus if there is no problem, But ICING will depend upon the activites near the vicinity, like hot equipments like Compressore cut in ..ER Blowers etc which may NOT allow icing to happen. So the Best conclusion is, that if ICING happens it is not NECESSARY that liq is returning.
If you have water it will freeze in the Expansion valve and the compressor will trip on LP...Water shuld not be entering into suction side of compressor unless the Expansion valve is complete broken or something
Charging can be done in two ways. Gas or liquid. Gas is charged at Suction inlet and Liquid id charged at Condenser or receive outlet before the Dryer.
Thankyou sir🎉 for sharing simple and easy to understand videos

Thanks sir..will do...just trying to keep videos short...This is the age of TIKTOK..😀😀
Excellent explanation sir... Thankyou Very much Sir.
Sir I like your videos so much. I have learnt lot from you. Please upload more videos so that we can learn more
Well explained sir !! Waiting for ur next vdo ,with explanation of wat really is happening here.
Sir your videos are exceptional.....❤❤❤❤...sir please make more videos..

very good video sir.. hope for some more videos from this topic
Thank u so much Sir for ur effort in making us understand 😇
Very good explanation... waiting for ur videos on Main Engine troubleshootings
Best explanation sir, thank you.

Thank you sir.
Very useful .. thank you sir..
Nice one
Hello sir ..pls if possible try to make videos on troubleshooting of referigerance and HVAC system, will be very helpful..
Most are already covered in the 3-4 vidoes i Made on this subject
TQ sir....
Can't thank you enough:) sir, can you please give us knowledge about charging ref gas in the system. Please sir.

Sir please explain hydraulic drawing of deck crane hydraulic system.

if you have freezing in suction line, thermostatic valve is malfunctioning or badly set up , because it should close when the bulb senses low temp

Water should not be presented in the refrigeration system, so that the compressor will not break. Am I on the right track?

Sir, can u please explain about charging freon in refer compressor

Sab bta Diya par answer nahi btaya 😂
Arre bhai....answer bataya na...answer is....IT IS NOT ABNORMAL🤣🤣
if you would have understood it, then you wouldn't be asking for an aswer.
