After sailing for almost 11 months , The concept of maintaining the room temperature by using gauges got cleared today..Thank u so much for this video Sir...Kindly upload such more videos frequently as it can help people who are appearing for thier exams like me...Thank u so much once again
Hello from Latvia! Finally very clear to me what to make of all the markings on those gauges thanks to your explanation! Sometimes suction gauge is not just 2in1 but 3! Also having oil pressure indication together with freon pressure and temperatures. Would also appreciate detailed video about oil in AC compressors and oil separator fitted in the line.
Amazing Sir....your selection of contents are unique and rare to find.....hopefully if they given a same gauge in fresh water generator, would have interesting to watch steam at 50 deg.....
Well done Ramesh. PT chart has be explained little bit more. Show PT chart slightly bigger so that all can see what exactly you are explaining. Purpose of Thermostatic expansion valve may please be include in next video. Importance of superheat also may be explained Regards.
Sir u said in d last will discuss abt what is the reason for high suction pressure like 2 or 3 bar in coming video... waiting for tht informative video sir
Thanks for your suggestion. There are too many materials on this topic. I generally want to pick up topics where there is not much explanation available for easy understanding
Suction pressure is getting to 2 or 3 bar would be probably when the meat room is not cooled for a long time and the temp is +10 may be. Then in that condition initially the pressure will be 3 bar and latter as cooling goes on after some time it will come down to rated pressure 0.8 to 1 bar. Just one possibility I think.
Sir,as the Ambient temperature and the temp of sea water used as a cooling media in condensor also affect the suction and discharge pressure of the compressor .How the compressor discharge pressure is maintained (regulated) so that the refrigerant in condensor will condensed at varying Ambient condition.
Yes you are right, The sea water temp will definitely affect the discharge pressure. It may affect the temp of freon liquid , but the TEV can control the suction pressure.Discharge pressure cannot be really controlled. It may go up if sea water temp goes up or condenser is choked or there is Air in the system. You need to control it with maintenance.Otherwise it will trip on HP.The fridge is designed to work within the anticipated sea water temp Range ..which a ship will usually come across..Hope it clarifies your doubt
The total pressure or actual Pressure you see in that gauge is a SUM of the Crankcase pressure and actual LO Pressure. THe Difference is the actual LO Pressure.

Thanks. Wish we all had more time..
Thanks a lot sir. Your videos are very valuable and fill with knowledges.
Hats off to such a crystal clear explanations !! Thats too in much simpler way. Thanks again and keep sharing sir
I look forward to your channel every time our ship comes to port to see new videos
That is very encouraging.Thanks.I will try to post more. Pls share within your groups to keep me motivated :-)
thankyu sir , i am third engineer but today i get to know exactly this compound gauge.....sir please make more videos .....its very helpfull
:-). Mostly very few ships have it . They get replaced by Normal gauges unfortunately
Awesome sir. The way how you teach is so very easy to understand. Thanks a lot
This is called experience ..thank u sir
👍 very informative...Thank you very much...Look forward to see your upcoming videos...
Thanks for watching!
Thank you sir🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
basic doubts are very well cleared

Highly informative
Thank a lot sir. You cleared my basics in such a simple way.
Glad to hear that
Explained very nicely
Nice explanation sir.
Thank you very much ⚡🙌
good one sir, now i have understood about the compound gauge
Amazing Sir....your selection of contents are unique and rare to find.....hopefully if they given a same gauge in fresh water generator, would have interesting to watch steam at 50 deg.....
Nice explanation Sir.
excellent explanation ...big thanks sir...
Explained clearly.thank you sir.
Excellent explanation Ramesh
Glad you liked it
Thank you for your explanation sir, easy to understand.
Sir your way of teaching is really awesome....👍I never thought in this way.
Waiting for your next video on refrigeration .
Thanks

Sure I will
Very good lesson. Thank you sir
Lovely videos sir. I can see all of these helping me out in my exams ahead. Appreciate the efforts and will share the same with colleagues.
instablaster
Thank you sir for very informative video❤
Chief your teaching is excellent. Waiting for more troubleshooting video's
Thank you, I will
Thank you sir for your nice explanation.
thankyou sir !!!!
best explanation
Thanks chief.
good explanation
Very nicely explained
Thank u sooo much sir. Waiting for future videos
Thanks
Sir you are awesome..
Sir loved the way you explained everything. Please make a video on questions answers for class 4
Amazing
always get new informations, even if watch your same video again 🙏
thanku for clearing my doubt sir
Always welcome
TQ sir
Sir where will get more vedios like this...... I mean any other channel or any paid course
thanks sir.
Sir u said in d last will discuss abt what is the reason for high suction pressure like 2 or 3 bar in coming video... waiting for tht informative video sir
Oh...Got diverted to other topics.ANyway leaky valves are the main cause
Thanks alot sir
Thankyou so much sir. I was searching for such video for a long time. But sir how can we make use of this concept during air purging?
Very nice sir, have a doubt sir regarding internal and external equalising line. It would be big help if u can share something on this topic as well.
Thank you sir
Thank-you so much sir
So nice of you
Please add videos regularly sir, My humble request sir
Sir your videos are very informative and helpful. Please make a video on INDICATOR CARDS next.
Thank yo

Sir u were talking abt tht forthcoming video which is about change in suction pressure .When tht video will come ?
OK. will keep it in mind for future..Did I tell??

@@rmetcvideos thank you sir for clearing my doubt.
@@rmetcvideos I had the same doubt sir. Thanks Mr. Avinash for making it easy and thankyou so much sir for the efforts.
Sir... what about discharge pr. gauge?
same.. nothing changes.. only the relevant range is displayed
Sir on my ship on suction side there was a differential pressure gauge which also shows the lube oil pressure ? Can you explain how to read that
The total pressure or actual Pressure you see in that gauge is a SUM of the Crankcase pressure and actual LO Pressure. THe Difference is the actual LO Pressure.
@@rmetcvideos sir so how the crankcase pressure will be known? So that i can subtract it from the total.
Share your social sites where we can connect with you sir
Good Day bda sahab , just watching your video ,,,, Sir please don't mind but if possible kindly , upload little quickly.Thanks.
Thanks for your support..Surely I want to, with whatever available time I get..
Unfortunately engineers now a days, never go beyond pulling out pistons, which any good fitter can do a better job at
Thank you sir ❤️
Thank you so much sir
